Everything from order to delivery was great

The whole shopping experience - from start to finish - had the personal touch and exceeded expectations. The toy itself, a carved wooden model of a black and white cat, was perfectly carved and sweet to hold. The proportions and size make easy to move from place to place, our little wooden cat poking up here and there. Particularly loved the handwritten note from the supplier’s young son, so sweet. Great price, great product, great experience. Very happy.

I very much wanted to find a small, company who were uk based. I was hoping for fully made here too, but with the credentials and quality of the materials used, I would definitely use this family based company again.

I was so disappointed on looking for a small, soft toy chum for my newly 6 mth old grandson, to find that other quality uk brands passing UK testing can still use plastic pellets to enable , ‘shape’ to the toy. This small Diplo. of yours stands beautifully!! Without.. which is amazingly well made for its shape, size.
I love the sweet, restrained face- eyes only and the tail begs to be held and carried everywhere.. even to the washing machine- another plus. The fabric and extra touches are much softer for a knitted as described on line. Really excellent quality, I have worked with many small children and I think that this is clearly a very well thought through, designed and child tested ‘little chum’!!

Delivery was personalised with unexpected, seeds too and gently worded about their ‘brand’. I may have missed, but having recently myself had to pause on sowing some wildflower seeds as, I had family dogs visiting.. there was a warning that some of the seeds maybe poisonous to pets? So a choice to receive?

I will use you again and my grandson should receive his parcel tomorrow!

I ordered a plush stick man for my grandson as he loves the story. The stick man was delivered quickly and arrived well packaged. It came with a packet of wild flower seeds to help with the environment which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend this company.

I hadn't previously heard of this business however, a Google search for a particular product brought me to their website. They had both of the items I wanted in stock.
