Absolutely love these products. Disappointing to learn unavailability of my favourite!

Dear Sir/Madam
The product arrived today and is as described and I have no problem with mug itself. But unfortunately due to inappropriate packaging one of the mugs was broken, I was so disappointed. This made the cost of the one functioning mug very expensive, therefore would appreciate recompence. I have a photograph of the damaged mug but am unable to upload it.

Even though I had issue with customs , Alex from little weavers was compassionate and issued me with a prompt refund . I’m sad I didn’t recieve the beautiful hare mug for my partner . Good luck ! I recommend them

Very good,efficient service and quality product.
My good friend loves hares so when choosing a gift depicting hares the image and item design has to be good and also appealing. I recently purchased this jug as a Christmas present. After ordering online I was kept updated from placing the order through to the delivery details.The parcel arrived promptly and was well wrapped.The shape of the jug and hare design is beautiful - better than depicted online!

Great to get replacement mugs, but one wasn't stamped with a fine bone china mark, just a stamp for 'national trust scotland' making me wonder if it is actually china or something else 🤷‍♂️

Very easy to order and prompt delivery.
Have you changed suppliers as the china seems slightly thicker.

The mugs are lovely but caught out on the delivery charge. Cost more than a mug !!! Not impressed will not buy from you again unfortunately.

The company are very good communicators in the event of a query and very efficient with the delivery.

I love the Hare designs of these products and now have a few of them. Recently had contact from the company over an order that I'd placed and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Such a lovely company to deal with and one that really values its customers!

A bit disappointed this time as delivery took quite a while and I had to chase up, however, I did receive a phone call from the Director of LWA and she apologised and also the parcel did arrive the same day as the phone call.
I decided to reorder another of the same large china mug bought in the sale, only to discover the price had been increased by another £1.39,from original sale price even though it is still a sale item.
Dissatisfied at this as was intending to buy a few more mugs.
That said, still love the products & quality and wouldn't buy from anywhere else.
