Not a scam, Just dreadful communication

I made an order with this company and was sent an email to say they would contact me with dispatch details. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I emailed the company and again, no response. I suspect this is a scam company, but will hold off on declaring this categorically for now. Just be alert.

Update: Yesterday (October 13th) I tried to reach this company again on their link, but was redirected to another page full of various links that I chose not to click. I was suspicious that the previous link was no longer effective. I merely accepted that I'd been scammed.

Nevertheless, today, completely without any warning, my order arrived. I have rarely had such poor communication from any company that I have used online. Whilst the order is as described, I will not buy anything from this company again.
