After AAP Live Polo took an…

After AAP Live Polo took an unauthorised renewal payment from me despite cancelling my subscription (and even changing my card), I raised the matter with my bank, Stripe (their payment processor), and UK consumer authorities.

✅ My case has now been officially logged with Citizens Advice Consumer Service and passed to Trading Standards under reference: CCA-3578328.

I have also reported the issue to Stripe, as they continue to process payments for AAP Live Polo despite these unfair and potentially unlawful practices.

Consumers deserve transparency and fair treatment — not hidden renewals and inflated charges for loyal subscribers.
