I've been using LiveAgent since I came…

I've been using LiveAgent since I came across it in 2018. It has everything (and I mean everything) an online support desk needs. You can view one of its front end widgets on my company's site - ProofMEDIA. The back end includes a knowledge base, but you can even set up your own call centre complete with customer queuing. Setting up is easy - the usual javascript is inserted on your site (plus you also get control over the type of button you want etc.). We can respond to requests with just a click of a button and the entire history is there to view anytime too.

Fantastic Help Desk Software!

Live Agent has provided our company the tools to take our customer support to the next level! The colour scheme of the interface in tandem with the various filtering & auto-tagging options makes it very easy to track and prioritize tickets.

I highly recommend Live Agent to any company striving to improve their customer support!

LA has Everything needed to Support Clients

LA has everything you need to manage client support questions in one easy location.
Managing client emails before switching to LA was difficult, emails would go left un-resolved and overall organizational structure was not there to support a growing client base.
Now, with LA, we are able to track, organize, and resolve tickets much easier.

LifeAgent is very useful

Great product, with room for growth!

Live Agent keeps everything you need to support your clients in one place. I definitely recommend it to any company with a support team. Some might not like the UI but I'm actually a fan of it (using the Dark/Default theme). My only complaint right now is the few times it's crashed/didn't load for us periodically over the last couple weeks.

The Best Communications Service!

Live Agent is the best communications service I have ever used! It is really easy to use and has many convenient features. One of these features is canned responses, this is perfect as it allows me to get through more emails during the day and gives me more time to complete other tasks.

Great app but not very user friendly

LiveAgent is packed with lots of features and the price is fantastic compared to some of the other apps out there. However, it doesn't have a great UI (yet) which can make it a bit clunky to work with.

Trusting in live agent as our support…

Trusting in live agent as our support system was one of the most finest decision of our organization, we achieved ROI in less then 3 months by reducing our costs on self maintenance of Software.

Amazing platform :)

The main purpose we are using this platform is that we have a technical and customer support department which constantly uses LiveAgent to interact with the clients, help them with any technical related issue they encountered and to address the issue, they can use either ticketing system or live chat, depending of the issue they have.We have also extend this services to 2 of our other departments with similar functions too and it's proven to be a user friendly and the mobile app makes our work seamlessly easy.

LiveAgent is a Great Way to Manage Customer Support!

LiveAgent has changed the way our office handles support - for the better. It's given us us the tools we need to triage, categorize and prioritize tickets, tracking client requests to completion ensuring they gain what they need. It also gives us the stats we need to analyze our work and level of service.

The interface is very visual, with colour-coded statuses and tags. Management of tickets is very adaptable to the needs of our office.

Very useful software

Very useful software when considering customer care and working with clients! Has features to provide auto-responses to customers after the system targets the queries they pose, allows you to filter through the most important or pressing matters by adding tags dependent on the content of incoming emails. Also allows you to assign emails to specific people - just saves lots of time and effort overall!

Live Agent has been amazing

Live Agent has been amazing! Since our company started using it, it has saved so much time and hassle. An amazing benefit is leaving notes on emails that are only visible to the operators. This helps with keeping updates on emails that take longer to resolve.

Tagging: We have created so many tags using key words, this has helped with reporting and creating appropriate autoresponders which saves us from answering the same question thousands of times.

Lastly, I love how you can assign emails to specific people. So if an email is about a certain thing that only one member of staff can deal with, I would assign this email to them-amazing!

Give your customer a perfect helpdesk experience

Even though this tool seems perfect for big companies only, I gave it a try in my small agency, which has not many departments and sophisticated ticket assignment rules.
I am really satisfied with offering my clients a perfect helpdesk experience without additional efforts of my team.
In the near future, I plan to integrate the voice chat, to give an extra benefit to my clients and outclass my competition

LiveAgent is Amazing

LiveAgent is Amazing! I just started using this software about 6 months ago and it has been the best software I've purchased in a long time. The UI is so well done and easy to setup and still allows you to customize the chat widget to your liking. I've been able to combine together live chat, social media, email support, and soon I'm implementing the call logging feature that integrates with twilio. All-in-all I am extremely happy with them and their support team is amazing!
