They sell cards that our out of stock at their suppliers

They deserve 3 stars:

Cons:
- They do not have controll over their suppliers, so they could list a card at a certain price on their site but then be unable to fulfill the order for a while (multiple days, maybe even never). Basically they list items and allow to purchase cards which are "OUT of STOCK"...
- Their support is not always honnest about ETA - probably in an attempt to prevent the users from cancelling the order (they would first say that delivey is likely to take 3-4 more hours, then 24-48h then say that they dont know when their supplier will have stock at the same price you bought).
- In my case i bought the card at an affordable price and they were unwilling to deliver me the codes until that exact same supplier/price was available (even though purchasing the same cards was still possible on their site but at a much higher price). Ultimately they said that they cant say when they will have stock for my order (could be never i guess - they just ended up cancelling the order as i requested)
- Refunds take up to five days (for instance if you cancel an order on firday they say it takes 48-72h not including weekends).
- No notification about the fact that they need ID verification for large orders. In my case i first bought a card (delievered quickly, no verification), then bought three more (was requested to send ID and pic 4 hours later and didnt get delivered within the next 30 hours, ended up cancelling the order).
- You have to contact support to ask for a refund or cancel an order, you cannot do it manually

Pros:
- My first order went through quite quickly and the card worked
- At least they didnt just ship used cards leading to extensive refund procedures
- Their support responds fairly quickly (max 4 hours during working hours in my experience, most often only 15 minutes through the chatbot)

If they update their stock tracking and refund speed all this hastle could have been prevented.
Do not use their service if you plan on making large orders of cards that have a compelling price, it's likely that they will not deliver it within a reasonable time frame tbh - i ended up using G2A, a fair alternative.
My order with them was regarding Itunes gift cards.

Code had problems to connect online

Code had problems yesterday evening, it redeemed but I had no access to online services. Today I checked it again, and it did work now.
It was a bummer for me that I could nog play yesterday, even after multiple resets.
