I ordered and received a product (ORDER #LF-UK18309) from LFDY. I am trying to return the product and have sent five emails making and chasing up the request as there wasn’t a return label in the package. The company promised to send a return label within 24 hours which didn’t arrive. I was then advised to email a different email address (mailto:lfdyreturns) which I have done several times and not received a response. I have received a customer support review email which I thought must be a joke because I haven’t received any support. I am still waiting for a response…

First time ordering from this company. Really like the products. Order 2 sizes of the same top. Need to return 1. This is where it all goes wrong. No returns slip or prepaid returns note. Have no idea where and how to return. Emailed the customer service team and I’m getting nowhere. They are terrible!! I just get referred to someone else and no one is coming back to me. I’ll be outside the 14 days soon and it won’t be my fault. Disgraceful. I will never buy from them again.
Can someone please come back to me. All I need is a returns address and a free returns label.

I ordered a phone case but when it arrived (nothing wrong with shipping time etc.) I opened the box and it was already in bad condition.

I bought a dropshoulder , oversize M tee and sadly it fits like S . Fabric and wash was good. But shape ruined it. Didnt found and document to return and I am just using it at home.

I ordered 3 times in total. Once the shipping was guaranteed to take place before Christmas, which it did not. Second order got cancelled without any explanation. When I contacted support they blamed it on FedEx and told me to order it once again, which I did. The order got cancelled once again, once again blaming FedEx, that did not even receive the package. The fact that this happens in 2025 is insane. The worst experience with a clothing brand that I ever had. Wish i could give 0 stars. You do not even deserve the one.

I love this brand and have been supporting it since the Looney Tunes collab.

My only reason why I rate 4/5 and not 5/5 is my last purchase regarding the colouring of the denims.

My problem is with the color. I had bought a vintage blue which but the insides of the pockets were still normal jeans blue. It's a small detail but on the back pockets it was very noticeable from the back. For the price of 110€ I don't think that is right.

After there went something wrong with my order, I contacted the customer service and they quickly responded with a solution. In less than 2 days the problem was fixed and now I’m happy with my product!
