From the moment I arrived
From the moment I arrived, I was met with friendly staff who were eager to assist without being pushy. They guided me through the mattress selection process, helping me understand the different types available and what might suit my sleeping style best.
I ended up choosing a hybrid mattress that has completely changed my sleep experience. It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive, and I wake up feeling refreshed every morning. I was also impressed by their delivery service, which was prompt and very efficient. The delivery team set everything up for me and even removed my old mattress, making the transition hassle-free.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their business!

I requested a refund from them (not a chance) i asked them to cancel my supposed subscription.
Folks, they also operate under primeomnibazaar, com
Folks beware of these scammers and crooks
Save your money! This is a waste
The furniture is generic and that you can get literally anywhere for a much better price and not be stuck paying it off for years. i cant believe i fell for this. Now I have furniture I'm still paying for that is subapar quality. I hope they go out of business.
Good furniture but shady business practices
Furniture was great, but overall, shady business practices. No transparency around when the retail value was met, and when transfer of ownership was an option (predatory imo) -- the debits just kept happening in the background and I ended up overpaying. When I asked customer support what date the retail value was met, I got an evasive answer.
I can see how this shady business model would be profitable, but ultimately, it's short sighted as it'll leave users looking to eventually own their furniture with a bad taste in their mouth.
Poor Customer Service
Consistently poor customer service -- constantly have to follow up on emails to get any sort of half-assed response, and there's always some problem. Items missing from delivery, etc.
Will be looking for an alternative service in the future.
Finally had it with this company
Finally had it with this company. Greatly regret ever going into contract with them because once you commit thousands, it makes it tougher to justify throwing that away, Tons of baits and switches, constantly has inventory and delivery issues. You pay for every new delivery even when it’s to delivery inventory they had out of stock when you wanted it. Never gets new items as promised - don’t believe them about that! Now they’re selling furniture like a regular store at much cheaper prices completely screwing their key customers stuck in much higher rate rental contracts.
The quality of the furniture is not great
I don't have complaints about the service. It's all email, but they respond quickly. The furniture is overpriced and it's not good quality. After paying for the furniture for two years, I feel like I've been ripped off. I could have had high-end pieces for what I've paid for this over time. Beware.
I used to work for feather's delivery…
I used to work for feather's delivery team in NYC back in the early days from when it first started up to when Covid started. We had flawless reviews and were greatly liked. As a Delivery Associate and my other coworkers, we cared about every single one of our clients. I first started when the company was operating out of a storage unit in Brooklyn and we had to find the items early in the morning and load what we needed before the day started. I loved it and it was my first job. To my OG Feather team, you'll know who I am. I love you all. My Brothers Julio And T and Drew the Swat man. Can't forget about Avi either and everyone else who handled contact and customer service with people on delivery days. I understand the company has fallen for the worst it seems but I want people to understand it wasn't always like that. We tried our hardest to keep customers happy. Eventually it seems the business was unfortunately unsustainable without going bankrupt thus they probably sold the company that hired people who don't care to uphold the original feather standards. We had a process and it worked if all the pieces where working together and on the same page to produce the same outcome....a happy customer who's using a service they paid for. We always had smiles on our faces and interacted with customers, spoke, offered them suggestions if they ask where a particular piece of furniture would look better. We always made them feel comfortable with us being in there home naturally by being human beings. We met so many famous people and we treated them as normal human beings. I met Amy Shumer and was delivering and setting up her nursery in a studio. She came to say hi as I was lifting a coach and all I hear behind me is "Thats a big F'ing couch" LOL and it was her in all her funny glory.

I give Feather one star because the quality of their furniture is actually really good, but it doesn't make up for the terrible customer service I have experienced during both the drop off and now the pickup one year later. They are unresponsive, slow, and make things impossible when you live at a building that requires a COI or has any form of union hours. Because of my experience during the drop-off, I scheduled my pickup with a full month's notice even though they claim to only require 7 days. Still it has been such a nightmare. I would never rent from them again - what they put you through is not worth it.
Not customer friendly
Good furniture choices (albeit limited) but very difficult to schedule pick ups on the dates you need. We rented for a pop-up store so we didn't have a ton of flexibility and Feather was zero help. Completely inflexible. Not to mention sending me a bill for the month after they already picked up the furniture. Satisfied customers do not seem to be their priority. Do not recommend. . .
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They didn't get back to me until really late. They switched management in my area and did not tell anyone until I asked for a return pick-up because my lease was ending. Now, I am stuck with a large piece of furniture I did not expect to deal with. It's ridiculous.
Truly awful. Avoid at all costs.
Without exception, this company has the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Their customer service is literally worse than Comcast.
To start, this company does not have a phone number -- at least not one that's easy to find. As a result, you're forced into this inhuman loop of communication with a 5 to 7 business day gap in between messages. Completely blows my mind that they think this is acceptable.
They missed two pickup date windows in a row for me, then it took ~10 days and many follow-up emails for them to commit to a pickup date. At this point, they failed to identify a pickup window until literally the same day. I have so little confidence that they'll honor this pickup window that I've already drafted another follow-up email.
They don't even apologize for their screwups. This company is a disastrous mess.
Beware. They will try and con you if they can.
We decided to use feather because we weren’t sure where we were going to land at the end of our lease. If we were going to say in NY or move across country. Starting out it was great. The white glove service building the furniture was great. There was a big team of men who came so it was done so fast. The furniture is beautiful. As a company however, transparency and communication isn’t really on the forefront.
Getting a hold of the company is awful. The website it useless and the hold time is crazy. Turnover for an email is about a week or more. So don’t expect communication or clarity.
We were one of the first users. So the original concept was to rent the furniture and either renew, return or buyout. But they pressed in the beginning that your rental money goes towards the buyout. And that if we renewed our next lease would last around 6 months and we would be bought out. There was no premium...which I thought was too good to be true. But hey, I’ll take them at their word. They are meant to be a moral company.
After about 6 months I think they realized sending brand new furniture to people and not taking a fee isn’t going to add up if they buy out. So they added a membership structure. We didn’t sign up for membership because it sounded like we would be paying more than we currently were and we lived outside the free delivery range so trading out furniture for us would be too expensive.
Cut to 24 months later. I’m buying out my furniture and they tell me my buyout is 6,000 dollars. And that THAT is the value of my furniture. Which is not true. I got a lease that had the breakdown of the items they were sending and the value of the items. $4,300 was the value of the items I rented. That the buyout with tax would be $4,500. When they sent me that 6,000 dollar number they also told me we’ve paid 5500 towards the furniture. I emailed them back asking for my lease because the original is no longer available to be viewed. They do and it doesn’t have the values of the furniture. 😐😐😐 So I ask for the term sheet. Saying this is the first time I’ve heard of 6,000 being my buyout and in fact I’ve over paid according to the agreement I signed. Suddenly I get a “oh never mind you don’t owe anything. Do you want to finish the buyout” I’m not planning on making a fuss because I don’t have the proof to make a fuss because the documents they provided me don’t match what I was given 2 years ago. So I’ll eat the thousand. But be careful with them. If they can scam you they will.
Great company
Great company, excellent and prompt service. Many options to choose from and the quality of the furniture is excellent. Fair pricing also.
Too complicated
This was much more complicated than I had expected. First of all, you can't make any changes online once you have ordered furniture. I had wanted to swap pieces out so I had to email someone and wait until they responded to be able to make any changes. Then, they never tell you until after you made the order and scheduled the delivery that no changes can be made 3 business days prior.
The whole back and forth took so much time to get a couple of simple pieces. I would not recommend using Feather if you are looking for convenience.

We had Feather furniture for about 2 years, even though we had initially anticipated only needing it for a few months. The setup and pickup were seamless and quick, and it was reasonably affordable.
Not a great experience
Not a great experience
Mistakes with the billing email, the lease email initially didn't go through to my email and then they time pressured me to sign for delivery and when I wanted to change it 2 business days before of course referred back to their really high delivery change fees - though I had just signed the lease literally 10h before so they couldnt even have done the delivery planning based on my order yet (assuming they dont work over night).
I also wrote a review for the homepage which then however didn't show up - it seems they only show the 5 star, not the 2 star ones there....
Life Changing
My experience with Feather was nothing short of revolutionary! Moving in NYC can be one of the worst experiences ever and Feather went above and BEYOND to alleviate many of these stressors. The team is intuitive in scheduling and operations, while passionate about making sure every need was met. My apartment is a fifth floor walk-up and while this would be an issue for almost anyone else, Feather was able to deliver with ease. Their furniture options are aesthetically pleasing and have lifted the design of my space to a level that would not be possible without them. This subscription has truly changed my life for the better and I am incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. Would definitely recommend!
Poor communication, missed deliveries, & consistently incorrect billings.
The title says it all. Even for a startup, this company has terrible operations. They have been a major source of frustration.
I wrote the same review on their website and they deleted it. I wonder how many other poor reviews they deleted.
Great company
Great company. Quick, professional delivery and setup. Excellent customer service and high quality furniture.
Feathers made would could of been a very taxing moving experience, enjoyable.
When it comes time to decorate my art studio. I now know exactly who to call.
