Worst customer service imaginable. Incomplete package

Worst customer service imaginable. Never buy from Livehammock.com! I ordered a hammock chair and the package that arrived was incomplete - it didn't include the wooden support bar that was mentioned in the product description. I emailed livehammock months ago within the return period and never received a response. Lousy company. Also my email included a request for a return label because I wanted to exchange it for a different product. No response, no return label, no wooden support bar. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Don't waste your money.

Missing items from the order

Missing items from the order, nothing was mentioned on the site about the included items/parts, Also product color is not same as picture. I tried to reach out to Seller many times no response. Very poor service.
