I would agree with the poor reviews I ordered product and realised you get tied to subscription. So ordered a one off but the subscription also went through emailed to cancel no response. Also the product does not dissolve well it turns into a gluey mess!!

No response

It is impossible to get a hold of company. I have emailed and messaged company because I was sent a bad batch of the product. After a lifetime of experience, don’t work with companies that do not respond.

No response from customer service

No response from customer service, no live chat service available, they have taken my money and my order has not yet been dispatched, this is shocking. Emailed several times and no response - I have no where to go but social media as a result :(

Started off well...

Started off well, product sounded good from the reviews I had read so ordered a number of different supplements. Everything was fine until the end of 2022 when product supplies just dried up. This wasn't great as I had built up a number of rewards to be converted into cash equivalent to be used against future purchases. As soon as some of the products were back in stock at the beginning of 2023 I tried to make a purchase and use some of my reward points. Converted the points, received a code to use and entered it at checkout. Rejected. Tried to contact support but nothing. Not even a standard automated reply. Left it for a while to order again at a later date - out of stock again. Tried again a few weeks later as stock available, go to checkout and apply the code but it doesn't work. Left more messages in their so-called "Chat" where apparently someone from the company is online but does not want to chat - "Leave us your email and we will reply soon." Their definition of soon differs substantially to mine. Nothing received on the chat or on email.

Seems to me that their rewards scheme is bogus, codes can't be used and they have a non-existent support team. Coupled with mostly out-of-stock products and I won't be considering buying something from them again.
