While I found the sessions with the…

While I found the sessions with the therapist quite enjoyable, it was uplifting being able to talk to someone about my problems and issues I did feel that that was all it was just a chat with some sage advice thrown in along the way. I didn't really know what to expect but ultimately I expected more, some homework some notes just something to refer back too when I needed it and now its ended I do feel on my own and hoping I got enough out of it to be able to move forward.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad that you found some value from the sessions but recognise that you were looking for more structured support and materials to work on in between the sessions. The team do have a wealth of materials they could send you to look through, including diaries and workbooks. It is often difficult to know what to expect of therapy but if you can articulate your hopes and wants to your therapist as you go they will hopefully be able to accommodate. If not, it is really easy to switch therapists to get the approach that works for you.

No show by counsellor

Had an appointment at 6pm tonight. No one got in touch. Thankfully I wasn't in crisis, be worried about anyone using this service who was and didn't receive that contact

Excellent therapy and counselling…

Excellent therapy and counselling service supported by an online digital platform. The therapist was excellent and we had a good connection.

The service is easy to use and it didn’t need me to commit for than a session of therapy at a time. Highly recommended.
