Nick did the snagging survey for us and he was very professional, very good eye for detail and identified lot of things that needed fixing by new property builders.
The snagging report completed was professional with good photographs clearly explaining what the issues were and what needs to be done and builders have agreed to fix majority of the issues identified on the report which is a good thing!

Overall an excellent service, very friendly, highly professional, qualified and I would definitely recommend LPSL to anyone who would want a snagging survey completed for their new built property. It is definitely worth it to get a snagging report done!

I wanted to have a snagging inspection report on a new build prior to completion. The service provided by Ian has been exemplary. He arranged and carried it out and as I was unable to be present his constant communication throughout the process was reassuring. The detailed, thorough report was produced the same day with a copy also to the site manager. Consequently the issues highlighted were attended to or have a scheduled date allowing me to proceed to completion with confidence.

Excellent and genuine service that could not be faulted at all. Both Ian and Sean were very efficient, helpful and friendly. From requesting a quote through to arranging the visit and receiving the report, it was an extremely smooth process. The electronic report was sent to us the same day as the survey, with great advice from Ian to forward it onto our builder’s Customer Care team straightaway. The hard copy was received very soon afterwards in the post. Expert advice was given regarding the snags identified. I would highly recommend this company.
