Very friendly and professional experienced staff
Very Friendly staff, I dealt with Peter at the shop who was great, also Chris was also superb on the phone a couple of times,all staff I spoke with were all very professional in their Firearm knowledge. Also another older person who gave me great car parking directions before I visited was absolutely spot on and made my travel worry free, it does make a difference. I found my 3rd Rifle purchasing experience very easy and straightforward everything went to plan and was explained to me perfectly. I live 92 miles away so 3rd Rifle later over the same number in years to with additional Tikka accessories as well. Your staff must be doing something special. I found everyone I spoke to showed interest in me and answered every question I asked. I will be back.

Help and support
Livens shop is an old world type Aladdin's cave. Very helpful staff. Recommend the travel, for ourselves it was a 5 hour round trip; worth the time and distance.

What is the point of having an enquiry process on your website if you then just ignore requests from genuine people? I enquired about an air rifle, but have now purchased one elsewhere from a dealer who actually bothered to get back to me. I will never be using you again.

I ordered a muzzle brake online. Easy transaction delivered within three days. Unfortunately I inadvertently ordered wrong thread size.. So I visited Livens shop where the assistant Ivan was extremely helpful making sure I acquired the correct one...Highly recommended sales experience.
