TRUTH AND HONEST

GREETINGS
My system WITH LIVEOPSNATION was definitely sabotaged inside job, after 15 year of service. No investagation, no comunacation week after week then months . When they came on the phone while I was talking to a client Scrips started not popping up, next could not give customers their order numbers, then rollout for my hours was so late to get work. Next for months e-mails were sent over and over for stateing everything is fixed, truthfully nothing was fix at all, just stringing me along! I GAVE THEM A TRUTHFUL REVIEW AND NOW NO HOURS SHOWED UP, 98% OF THE CLIENTS GAVE ME GREAT REVIEWS AS AN AGENT, IM HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

They terminated my contract without…

They terminated my contract without warning or reason. Then when asked for a reason they stated false information, and used talk time or hold time as a reason to fire me. I posted about them on social media, and they sent a Cease & Desist letter threatening legal action. As a paralegal who has counsel, I am more than prepared for this.

Liveops is a waste of time and money

Liveops is a waste of time and money. They made me pay for a background check and I wasn't even hired to a company. They only have about 5 jobs or less posted. Then they charge you a extra fees to pay for courses and certification. Don't waste your money.

Completely Unethical Company

You must pay for a background check, then apply for position after position for months with no response. When you are accepted, the class might be cancelled at the last minute. Even if it's not, you go through weeks of unpaid training with a "facilitator" who may or may not be competent, and is almost guaranteed to treat you like a small child. Their "support staff" ignores you, so hope you never need assistance with anything. You are not paid for the ten to fifteen minutes you spend logging into systems, something multiple call centers have been sued for. You are not paid while you are waiting for a call, which may not be illegal, but is certainly unethical. They over staff because the turn over rate is so high, there aren't enough hours to go around. The companies you contract for are probably just as unethical as they are. Would not recommend to anyone.

I spent a week signing through liveops…

I spent a week signing through liveops jumping through hoops to get hired going through techinal issues and then signing a contract that makes no sense and paying 25 dollars for background check getting that money back doesn't seem to phase me and then I had to call customer service openforce and they were the biggest foulups and they kept messingup and messing around they said recording it just let more angry fustrated. they should void that contract because they never hired I never the job because they kept messing up in the hiring process and why should I be hired into job with no chance of steady work I spent signing papers dealing with nothing with third party companies they do business with and deal with their online issues it was nothing then just a big headache I'm a seller and I think I'm better selling on other platforms I find liveops to be nothing then total screw ups who do nothing more than just pass the buck.

YEINATION…

I was let go from.LiveOps based on.personal.feelings of Tawanna Burgess an ARA with LiveOps to.personally degrade me by giving me numerous compliance events. Ms Stacy m the VP did not fully investigate the situation and she did not consider the way the SBA graded me in talking calls for them.during the COVID pandemic. No.one from LiveOps ever responded thr compliant about Ms Burgess personal.vendetta. LiveOps is a biased and unfair workplace.

SCAM AND BLACKMAILING PEOPLE !!!!

Liveops Logistics & Co
I applied for remote data entry job to Liveops Logistics & Co. seeing an advertisement in Facebook. After interview and filled out with my information through surveyheart.com on specific page of Liveops Logistics & Co., they send me an offer letter to accept or reject. I rejected the offer over email. Then real scenario started. They told me that my sensitive information, that I submitted through surveyheart.com, is needed to be deleted from their database and it costs $50. I paid $50 through paypal (I should have used my common sense) and they started to blackmailing claiming more money. First they said for all information to delete it needs only $50 but $50 was increased to $100 for each information delete. I was late to realize that this company is a great scam. I have all correspondence with them to prove what I am reporting.I do not know this scam company is a partner of liveops.com but they are running advertisement in name of Liveops Logistics & Co in Facebook and blackmailing people. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!

I was excited only to be disappointed

After being unemployed for over eight months now, and hundreds of resumes sent out, I was excited to see the LiveOps opportunities on their website with many different industries to work in, like healthcare and retail. I thought no big deal for the background check fee if I could make a little money to help pay the mortgage. I went through the entire process of form signing and background check. It took maybe a week for the entire process. When I finally get to the day I can apply for the opportunities, I only see two listed. One for licensed insurance agents, which I'm not. The other was for tax agents and the training doesn't start until mid-March and the opportunity only goes through April with the possibility to be called back in October. Digging further, I see that you have to check back "often" for new opportunities to come open. You are suggested to apply quickly as the spots are taken quickly and not all qualified agents will be able to get the job. The way this company advertises itself gives you the feeling that companies are waiting to pay you to work from home and all you have to do is sign up and qualify for an opportunity. Maybe that's true if there were actually opportunities. Having such a hard time finding a job, this experience has been so disappointing, tears in my eyes disappointing. I felt this was my last straw. If they don't cancel my account after this review, I will update later if things change.

scam and/or extremely disorganized bad links etc

Well I applied, they wrote me emails as if I'm being hired, I paid for the background check which I'd be willing to wager is a company that Liveops owns. I received an email saying to onboard go here, which took me nowhere. All for the bargain price of the $25 "background check," which they do not supply you with a copy of for your trouble. Ugh.

Automatically rejects your application…

Automatically rejects your application with no consideration. Willing to work. Education I understand but sometimes its about what you can and willing to do. I appreciate if a human did the rejecting they let the computer do it. Guess to not have to interact with people.

I have worked for this Company not as…

I have worked for this Company not as an Independent Contractor and want to express my deep concern regarding Liveops. Liveops seemed to be a great place to work and atmosphere at first, but as their true colors started to show you then begin to see what is really going on here. I don't want to say if I am currently still employed at Liveops or not, but I can share some insight and educate you to be able to make a educated decision on if working with Liveops is for you or not. One of my biggest issues with the company is how they treat their Agents. They treat them like they are trash and walk all over them. Claiming as if the agents are Independent contractors when by law in many states if not all the states all the agents are actually employees rather than contractors. My role as an employee has been to facilitate training classes for agents getting ready to take calls so many agents know me by face and all. I want to speak out on behalf of the agents first stating that they rob them of wages in many ways and do not treat the agents nor the staff right at all.

I am suprised they are still open.. In addition, I have witnessed countless acts of discrimination, wrongful termination, and more towards not only the agents, but myself (staff) and other staff.

Another big issue - they also hire what they like to call "seasonal contractor facilitators" what these positions actually are is through a Temporary Staffing Agency not actually through Liveops. So how they make this scheme work to avoid paying appropriately etc: You go to the Liveops website and apply then you get an email to schedule an interview, from there you do the interview with Liveops and pretend they offer you a role. They will say something like "OK, great we think you will be a great fit, but remember this is a seasonal independent contractor role that at some point will come to end unless we can put you in a permanent position." They fail to mention this is through a Staffing Agency and that you will be working for the Staffing Agency and not for Liveops at all. This makes it to where they do not have to offer you any kind of benefits, you are not their liability in any way, and they can try to avoid paying overtime when by law anything over 40 hrs is time & a half. They know this and have schemed ways to screw over as many people as they can.

You can work extremely hard going above and beyond for them. Doing everything they want you to do, but I have found they actually don't hire based on what it should be. It's all about who is friends with who. They cover each other in so many ways it is really insane. I have seen this happen to so many great trainers and I have only seen one trainer actually speak up and they canned him very quickly. The guy was a really good worker and good at training. Always willing to go that extra mile, but they harassed him to push him out. They do this to anyone who speaks up hints as to why I will not disclose if I am still a current employee with Liveops or not.

I have seen so much of this company on the inside and I will say from the bottom of my heart please do you and your family a favor. Steer clear from Liveops. One day the Universe will take care of them for all they have done to people.

Hmm...

Hmm, I'm showing interest in this company, agents keep sending messages. Asking me to schedule a time for a chat or join a zoom meeting. I responded to the text messages saying what time I would be available. NO RESPONSE on their end both times until the next day!!
Basically, saying the same thing in the text messages telling me to join a zoom. Or asking me to schedule a time for a zoom. Are real people even sending these text messages? The texts seem generated.
I was at a zoom meeting yesterday, I left early because I asked a question and it was ignored. I said in the Q&A someone that I know worked for Liveops in the past. She said, since it was so many agents there weren't any hours available. I wanted to know if there are enough hours for everyone.
Today I got a text that said, "we are sorry for the delay Liveops has so many amazing opportunities right now that we have had a huge number of responses."
I'm not interested in giving my time to a company. Where my messages go unanswered or there is a delay. I can only imagine being ignored after I join the company when I've invested money and time. These are red flags it's a legit company, however, there's some unprofessionalism on their end.
I responded to the text message today, saying I will decline on working with this company.
