They have a lot of different products…

They have a lot of different products and a big range of prices but shipping is soooo slow! And choosing to pick-up in store is torture because there's always a huge line because out of 3 available counters, there's only one being attended.

Terrible system and service.

They canceled one of my orders without telling me and also delayed my other delivery without telling me. When I went to seek help through whatsapp, I had to wait a long time to be told "we extended your delivery because we had logisctic issues" and "we cancelled your order because we ran out of the product you paid for" I wish there was a way to report them so that they could no longer do business.

Poor quality service Poor quality wine and a fail

Party of three table booked no problems. Arriving and table all ok. Ordered the drinks and food as normal.
Firstly the Fleurie red wine at £62 per bottle was very poor supermarket quality far to young and rough we could not risk a second bottle after this experience.
when the main dish arrived after a long wait we were asked who was the Bass fish for, we had not ordered bass fish and after inspection advised that the dish was not Bass fish but pan fried salmon and know one had ordered this dish either. We were offered the correct dish but by now it was too late so accepted the salmon in oder to get it over with. The main dishes were too cold the broccoli undercooked and had to be replaced, but the replacement was also undercooked and far too salty. The dessert of Ivy chocolate bomb was over sweet and lacking in taste. The service was poor and evening lacklustre. We all agreed Ivy's reports of excellence did not meet with our experience. Its a popular new restaurant with detailed decor but low quality and high price never are good partners this poor experience cost £385.00 and viewed as a waste of money and a fail. Our first and last visit to this just so so establishment let down by the kitchen, service and overpriced cheap quality wine.

Went to see Red or Dead

Went to see Red or Dead, starring the fantastic Peter Mullins.
The whole cast of 52 people , amazing show.
The brilliant Les Dennis, was superb.
Peter Mullens, what a lqead role of the Amazing Bill Shankly, you wou,d think, it was Shankly himself on stage. Come back soon,Peter. Liverpool loves you.
The door staff bar/restaurant staff were very polite. A most enjoyable night ..

Crap service

Would give zero stars as they are absolute garbage they said they tried to deliver parcel today to my flat but they showed a picture of a builders yard don’t look like a block of flats to there isn’t a builders yard in my area supposed to be guaranteed today delivery from sky wouldn’t trust them to deliver a bucket of horse manure they are absolute crap.

Was flooded in Febuary 2024 was put in hotel for 7 months I was in a single room for,just happy to leave me there left booking another week untill a monday was so sloe renewing hotel had booked my room so out on the street untill Relocate found me some where eles to go to,this happend quite a lot.had just come out of hospital 3 months before after having 3 stroks so really could of done with out all the stress Lv had put me through. Had to find in the end myself a place to tempery live.Still not home they say about January 2025.Flood water didnt even come up to the skirting board in house although outside it was up to half my window,have flood boards I put up.My items in house where left in there to about June time cloths had been put in cardbourd boxes damp for storage.They never even look in shed which is built on higher ground,but they have been in my shed and taken nearly all my stuff which is 24years off.dont know what has happend to it as Lv dont know.Im suppose to be told when there look at anything and i should be there they are not suppose to throw anything away with out my say so.the company that took house items for storage left a loot of stuff behide in bungalow and outside in utility in the damp.

The worst service, it seems a scam to retain your money

The worst service, it works as a scam, mainly for foreigners, DO NOT BUY. They take the money from the credit card immediately when buying, even not doing anything else for over two weeks. After buying I was informed it was going to take three weeks to (expected as it could take more) deliver the item they supposedly had in the warehouse, as it was a sandal and I need it, I cancelled the order as I could and refund is supposedly immediate for liverpool credit card owners (as there is nothing to check). It was not a return, it was a cancellation of an item that never left their stores, it is over two weeks, two emails, three phone calls and in all I'm always told they will refund in two days ... and the two days passed since the last one and no refund. I travel a lot in Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and buy items frequently, I never saw this from a supposedly structured company, it is the type of customer service companies that are now bankrupt had 20 years ago, DO NOT BUY from them. Applied for pension at 60
Applied for pension at 60, Reassure put me onto Liverpool Victoria, they told me process takes 6 weeks, nearly 4 months later funds sent to Canada Life and still no pension, phoned twice, and each occasion they say my 25% is reduced by £500 also my monthly income reduced by £10 but still no pension, my other private pension sorted in 6 weeks, I will raise a complain with right governing body and in the meantime I have sent this to ITV Martin Lewis.

Caring members from Lincare Oxygen Liverpool

I have another review for Lincare Oxygen. Isaiah came to my home on 11/24/23 and put a special connection on my oxygen concentrator and being Thanksgiving day it really amazed me. He deserves all the credit from Lincare oxygen. I take my my hat off to him for being caring and courteous. He deserves more credit from Lincare Oxygen in Liverpool New York.

Timeless Clasical.

Hi and good morning,
I am waking up after a wonderful experience In Liverpool with Family and friends.
Me and my Mum visited the Metropolitan Catheadral of Liverpool for a concert much awaited as the booked Three months before to view the wonderful Three Prest's, also the remarkable and gifted Danelle a classical Vocalist with great repertoire, vocal range plus excellent songs from Musical and plays.
The main bill the Three Prest's are exceptional singers A blend of tenner and Baratone between the tree Artists plus the timeless classics that set the scene and the spirit of the evening.
Well done to all the organizers.Plus the venue Liverpool Metropolitan Catheadral is truly breathtaking and magical in its design.
Thanks you and will be returning to see the Artists, my Mum thought it to be exceptionally as well.

Website saturated so discount not available

Tried an entire evening to buy a computer on discount without success…Got in touch with customer service first hours in the morning (available from 11am). CS told me that the website was not 100% responsive…they are sorry for that. BUT : discount is over…so now full price. What an easy way to attract customers on your website, using prices you won’t give them ! A shame…
