Ordered an item on the telephone but called back within 30 mins to cancel.

I was then informed they have a no refunds policy and as she had a law degree, knew I could do nothing and would see me in court. Then hung up on me.

The same rude person called me back 10 minutes later and said they had refunded me. When I began to say thank you I appreciate it she hung up on me mid sentence.

I found the entire experience unpleasant and distressing. I wasn’t aggressive or rude to the sales assistant.

I must say taking my order they were pleasant and helpful so perhaps it was just this one person. But I judge a company on how they deal with after sales and issues not just taking my money upfront.

Although this only one customer experience I would not recommend them.

Purchased a new Honda outboard. Very helpful from word go. My outboard needed to go in an enclosure so I needed many sizes which they sorted. When I picked up the engine the owner spent at least 30 minutes with me going through the installation as I was doing it my self. The day I installed the engined I had a few issues. I was talked through things over the phone. Top service

I have used Liverpool Power Boats a few times now and they are excellent to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, their prices are reasonable and they always go the extra mile with help and advice. Sadly it is becoming all to rare nowadays to find good old fashioned customer service, however in this instance they clearly pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, I would thoroughly recommend them.
