I initially purchased 10mg of Mounjaro…
I initially purchased 10mg of Mounjaro for £149, only to have the order unexpectedly refunded the next day, which left me with an unsatisfactory experience. After posting a negative review, they reached out to explain the circumstances and assured me that my order would be fulfilled. Since then, they have been in constant contact, updating me on the situation every other day. The supply challenges faced by pharmacies are largely due to changes in Eli Lilly's pricing. Today, Live Well informed me that they had restocked, allowing me to reorder at the original price. A video consultation via WhatsApp followed, where I confirmed my weight and showed my progress. Mistakes happen, but their approach to resolving it left me with a positive impression, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

My first order went well and
My first order went well and, after a consultation, the order arrived promptly. My second order has been sat there for 6 days (29th October to 4th November) in a 'order processing' state. They've taken my money (of course) I've emailed (yesterday)but haven't received an update. I've just called them and no answer... All I now hear when I call is 'that mailbox is full please call later.
Update. Email answered. Seems like an admin issue as they were texting and calling me on the wrong number.
