The application I filled out for a birth certificate asked for my mother's maiden name. Then when they sent me the application, it said mother's name at time of birth and her maiden name was there. I notified them. They sent me an email back saying that they fixed the problem, but when I downloaded the application again, nothing was changed. Something is wrong with this company. I don't know if it is legit.
