Used for about 20 years and just found out that perfume, FRANGRANCE is toxic , so upset and disappointed, only the cleanse and polish is fragrance free. time to change my brand. Good bye liz earle. Sells itself as natural ingredients 🙃

I have been buying the shampoo and conditioner for a number of years now from Kathy (what a lovely lady she is)
They have been the best products for my hair, but I have to share my experience with you.
Last year I had cancer for which I received chemotherapy. Through out my treatment the specialist nurses remarked on how shiny and healthy my hair looked. Although my hair thinned, I did not lose it all and I am convinced that your products helped.
I thank you for that.

I have been using there Cleanse & Polish now for about 10 years and it really has helped my skin so much I can't be with out it. First purchased from qvc but now I order directly from them.

Excellent service and customer service staff were brilliant. I had a small issue that was resolved very efficiently. No issues getting through. Got my order quickly. Great service from Liz Earle.

I placed and paid for an order to be sent overseas, for a christmas gift.
Today I receive an email saying my order has been cancelled, and payment refunded.
No explanation and no apology.
Shabby treatment of a previously loyal fan of the brand.

I love Liz Earle products, I have been using them for years, and won't use anything else. The body cream is a particular favourite of mine. I use the body wash, body cream, hot cloth cleanser daily.

Fabulous experience at Boots Middlebrook, Bolton. I went to The Liz Earle Stand today and they had sold out of stock of the item I went in to buy, it was coming soon. However; the lovely sales assistant Emily helped me and suggested alternatives. I even ended up buying an extra luxury, some Liz Earle perfume. I adore Liz Earle products. I recently tried to change to something a little better value for money but I’ve gone back as my skin wasn’t the same. Love that you receive some free products. Slight mix up with not sending my free mini items but they sent them straight away once I informed them and got them quickly. Very happy.

Con promises 20.percent off 1st order then there is a whole.load of exclusions . Was only buying it as a gift. So will.go elsewhere .

IMPRESSIVE..took me a while to try cleanse & polish..BUT..when I did..theres no going back...my complextion is super smooth & glowing.....love the feeling of the product..& the gentle exfoliation...Give it a go...

They changed the formula of their Skin Repair moisturiser a few years ago. The new one made my face sting and left it greasy. Since then, I've tried to find a similar cream to their original. No other cream compares to the original one sadly - if only they'd kept Liz's original formula which was a best seller.

I received my Liz Earle order today.

My order was for the hand cream set, and a bottle of perfume. I paid an extra £3 for a gift box for the perfume, as it is for a Christmas present, and the box and bow which it has been placed in is beautiful.

Very unusual customer service. In fact their attitude is the customer is always wrong. If you dare to complain they tell you to shop elsewhere.

Absolutely GOD AWFUL cleanser. It doesn't remove make up at all, unless you use it three times. Dries skin out, you can use baby oil and get a better result.

Only gives the free sample if you don’t use any discount code , very tight seems as the samples are tiny and the products are expensive

They’ve changed the formula, I think!
I was a loyal customer of LE for years and stopped using the cleanse and polish around 2020 because of finance issues. I went back to it 3 weeks ago due to being able to now afford to buy the cleanser and it always worked well but since I’ve used it again I’ve had what I think is a allergic reaction. My skin has come out in dry rough patches (dermatitis) and every time I use it my skin is bright red and it stings. I don’t know what they’ve added to the new the formula but what ever it is, it is not suitable for sensitive skin! Absolutely gutted 😞

I used the day and night anti wrinkle .... but I cannot use it anymore it smells awful 😕..
. Reminds me of window putty omg you would think for the price of it they would atleast smell nice
