Very good customer service, they took the initiative to put on winter tires on the car for the delivery, as they knew I was going to Switzerland. They also ensured the car got there on time before my departure (and they had a backup rental car waiting for me in case it would not have worked).

I am extremely satisfied with the service and approach of Lizy, the leasing company handling my company car. They are highly responsive, exceptionally friendly, and ensure that everything is perfectly organized from the very beginning all the way to the delivery of the vehicle. At the beginning of this month (November 2025), I received my first leased car through Lizy, and the entire experience was truly outstanding!

My first contact was with Thomas, who took the time to explain every detail clearly and address all my questions and concerns. During his vacation, Daryl seamlessly took over and showed the same high level of professionalism and follow-up, which I greatly appreciated.

The handover itself was smooth and well-organized, with a thorough walkthrough and thoughtful aftercare that demonstrated real attention to detail. Throughout the whole process, Lizy delivered exactly what was promised, no surprises whatsoever.

All in all, Lizy is a company I would highly recommend.

Exceptional service and truly personal approach

I’ve rarely come across a company as customer-centric as LIZY. From the very first interaction, it was clear that they genuinely listen to your needs and tailor their support accordingly.

We have been a client at Lizy for more than a year now. And it is one thing to help you in the beginning of a contract, but it's another thing to continue this effort. At each contact, we experience that the employees of Lizy are looking for a solution and go the extra mile.

Quick help. I am a new company and all other leasing companies didnt even look at me. Ordered my Skoda with them, the "worst" thing was waiting 4 weeks for the car to arrive. However, Marie-Jeanne was really nice, always an answer within an hour or two.
