This was a great low carb company with really good products and decent service, for some reason they suspended their operation, I really hope they come back because there aren't enough of these products here in Germany

I would like customer service for the reply’s about delivery delays.

Hello I've ordered few times and used to be very happy with the company. Today my last order arrived and half of it is missing. I ordered four pizza basses packages, four seed bread packages and two tomato sauce jars. The box was completely sealed and none of the bread packages were included in the package, whereas the whole package was charged into my account. The worst part is that the tracking attachment says literally that "all the items of my order were successfully delivered" and I don't get any option to give any feedback on that. The products are not exactly "cheap" and it's not just one thing that's missing from my order. I hope it gets fixed cause I would definitely had been a faithful client to this brand. I will change my review when I get what I paid for.

I loved Lizza. Finally low carb bread and cakes and pizza and pasta But recently ordering a new batch and completely unaware that they changed their recipes on all products expect pizza, they increased the carb content to over 20 grams of carb per 100 grams of food. Not only is this no longer keto- it is no longer low carb either as technically low carb is now more tha 10 or 15 grams per 100 grams, As i have a restricted diet with only 50 to 60 grams a day, I cannot even think of the consequences if I had ordered what I usually did and did not find out until AFTER I ate it. Could have easily put me in the hospital. I realize I am a special person with a rare disease, but what about Diabetics? NO info was given of the change- just a "new look" on their webpage. I did approach the company- if for no other reason to point out that people who have had their products and were on a restricted diet received the new 3 or 4 times higher carb content- or in the case of bread about 10 or 15 times higher- people could get sick. I got a response- but nothing else. I suggested for example that they might try having ONE bread mix and ONE finished bread in Keto but no go. You have lost me as a customer and several friends who also ordered. And it was irresponsible not to tell that the carb was increased so much. All the more sad cause it is so hard to find good tasting low or keto breads and pasta.

Sample pack received this morning expired 3 weeks ago.

Edit. My order finally arrived and is 💯 delish! I really hope they resolve the customer service issue because the products so far are 5*, even if the service needs some work.

I ordered from them on 23 Aug but not received it. I emailed them on 4th Sept and received an auto reply saying back Monday. Monday evening I emailed again, and again 3 hours ago. I am away for over 1 week from Friday 10th early am and will have no use if this arrives in my absence. IF I receive a useful reply and my products, I am more than happy to edit my raring.

I like the food but the customer service is not that great. The package arrived damaged, they respond to my email saying they could refound the one product damaged or give me 10£ off any other buy. I said yes, for the discount responding that I would prefer the discount. I've email 3 times. No response whatsoever.

There no other contact with them so I decide to leave a 3-star review. Product good but not the service.
