Tom was quick to respond, provided a competitive quote and was able to fit us in when we needed him. Tom and his team provided recommendations for improvements as the job went on, which produced a superior result. The team were also very hardworking, unlike a lot of other trades we've used recently. Would definitely recommend.

We hired LJs landscaping to renovate a garden in a rental property. Communication was great, the price was fair and the work was completed on time to a good standard.

Tom came to give me a quote for garden steps on a very hilly garden. He took great measurements of the space and suggested a few different options. Tom and the team worked incredibly hard to prepare the ground. They tidied up after each day, were respectful of not only myself but the neighbours too. By the second day the slabs were laid and finished off with the purple slate I had already. No waste of materials. Highly recommended!

Hired to change the look of a garden. I didn't have a detailed proposal. Tom turned up when he said he would and asked me what I wanted to be done, he made suggestions and added detail to my vague ideas, confirming at every stage whether this was what I wanted. He provided a total job cost estimate.
When I contacted him to say I wanted him to do the work he provided an itemised invoice. He then turned up exactly when he said he would and got to work.
The finished result is fantastic. Tom's work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy cannot be faulted.
LJ's Landscaping has my highest recommendation based on this great experience.

It's hard to fault any aspect of the service provided from initial consultation thro' to completion. Tom is determined to understand what the customer requires and this is evident from the initial provision of a detailed breakdown of parts, materials and labour, through to frequent checking in whilst undertaking the work. Tom, his Dad and Jordan put in three 10 hour days replacing fencing and a gate, laying gravel and installing a pergola and steps. The price was fair and I appreciated his reuse of existing materials to keep the cost down and reduce landfill. All three were unfailingly polite. They arrived when they said they would kept me informed of their occasional absence and cleaned and tidied up after themselves. Tom provided welcome alternatives and insights to the vague idea I had for what I wanted but did not force these on me. Finally it is worth noting that the gate and pergola were bespoke handbuilt items from the raw timber. Both are very attractive and well made. All in all a wholly positive experience from start to finish. Heartily recommended.

Would definitely recommend LJ Landscaping!! Tom and his team (& site supervisor Fin) have done a great job updating and renewing our back garden. Tom was really helpful and knowledgeable from the first visit through to completing the job. He checked that we were happy with the work throughout the job and left the garden as tidy as possible at the end of the day.
