Was told my car was getting new bits which I thought was going to be aftermarket but insurance approved as the other party who hit me wanted to pay private. Then found out after the work had been completed that they had used second hand parts and a "repair kit" for my headlight even after telling me in the first place it would be getting replaced. I was only told when I asked about my headlight as it steamed up the night after getting the car back. After the other party and I went in to question why my headlight hadn't been replaced they argued with us claiming they told the other party but didnt inform me of this. They then tried to blame me for the headlight steaming up claiming I washed my engine bay when I hadn't and they were obviously trying to find an excuse. They eventually agreed to go halves with the other party on a headlight to which they fitted but didn't set the aim so one was way too high. Overall a negative experience so wont be returning or recommending to anyone.
