Ordered and paid for a car online 3 weeks ago to find out that the car wasn’t in stock nor were they able to get it. I requested a refund but I still haven’t received my money back. They have also stopped responding by email.

Replying to your comment- no one shouting here only you. I have tried to settle this as amicable as possible . I just want my money back. I paid for the car in good faith. You have not responded to any email sent this past week. Claim is submitted through PayPal and I’m confident I will be refunded through this but I should not have had to go down this route .

I Bought a princess unicorn carriage for my daughter for Christmas when I opened it to assemble it there was a big crack in the seat and a piece missing from the wheels when I called to ask for a replacement he said no that I should of opened it straight away if there was a problem not 1 week later I couldn't believe this then he said he could weld it for me but I would have to drive 2 hours up to him and collect it tomorrow which is unbelievable so now I have to give my daughter a broken toy. He then said he has a Mercedes jeep toy for only 350. Absolute greed is an understatement. Definitely do not recommend buying here if anything is wrong you won't get a replacement and Definitely not get your money back avoid at all costs

I ordered some peugeot mudflaps, the item was quick on delivery, good quality, only downside was they were abit scuffed up but probably not the sellers fault was probably just from the shipping process (there mud flaps anyway).

The product I got is a piece of shit doesn't fit right ,badly manufactured, and I. Getting cheek now from ye when I explained already and in a video there that this product which was over priced to start with is rubbish want my money back or I doing something about this I have rights

Power is good only used it once exhaust cover rattled off and broke the 2 screw arms and the on off switch keeps falling out
