I also had to return something and it was so easy there was no problems face whatsoever!

It was super easy to find the outfit I had in mind on the site and it came in a range of colours. The standard shipping was also fast and came within a few days. The quality of the clothes is exceptional and I cannot wait to wear them soon.

No communication from company
Ordered a skirt on the 29th March (late night on a Friday). Have never received any communication from the company at all (no confirmation of ordering, no dispatch information etc).
Website states that there's 3 days processing time before orders are dispatched, so discounting the weekend, the item should have been sent by the 4th April at the latest.
It's been 12 days since then (7 if you don't count the weekends). I've never known "standard delivery" taking 7 working days when sent within the UK?
I have contacted the company via the email provided on Clearpay with no response, I have also used the contact form on the website and messaged on Instagram all with no response.
Really not pleased with the lack of contact after placing an order. If I hadn't placed the order via Clearpay I wouldn't have any record at all. Will update this if the item arrives/company responds. (And before company responds stating they haven't received an order under this email, I'm using a different one for this trustpilot account).

EDIT: I have received a response today after this post - still no refund of delivery and the only communication I received was a generic email to promise delivery by Saturday 16th December which has surpassed.

I ordered from this company on…
I ordered from this company on Wednesday, before I read the reviews, as I wanted to support smaller businesses. I paid extra for next day delivery, which stated that it could take up to 2 days, and I was fine with that so I was expecting it come latest by Friday or Saturday. It is now Saturday and I haven’t even received an email to say it’s been dispatched. I’ve sent messages on their linked page on their website and to their Instagram all have been ignored. This is starting to feel like a scam. I wish I had read and listened to the bad reviews.

You placed your order using our Standard Shipping service as we already explained to you, you are not able to track every step of your order. That’s why we advise customers a 3-5 working days timeframe as orders are usually received within this timeframe. Also, bare in mind that during the festive season sometimes there is delays with couriers especially using standard delivery service, however as our terms and conditions states on the check out page that we are not liable for any delays caused by our courier. However with the standard shipping you are updated once a delivery attempt has been made.

Scam website - taken my money but my dress hasn’t arrived in nearly a month
I ordered a dress on 17/01/23 it’s currently 10/02/23 and still no update, no parcel. I’ve messaged them many many times and I just get ignored. I’ve messaged them on Instagram and through their website. No reply. It’s a scam website as they’ve taken my money but I’ve had no dress arrive and also I never got a Royal Mail tracking code so I can’t even look into where my parcel has gone.
Like I said scam website, taken my money but no dress has arrived.

Awful customer service, proper scam website. I purchased a dress where the seller falsely advertised delivery times. So when I messaged to ask about the delivery times they cancelled the order and decided to NOT REFUND ME FOR AN ORDER THEY CANCELLED!!! Don’t waste your time buying from them, the items aren’t even exclusive to them anyways, you can buy them from any other website and benefit a nicer company with better customer service.
