This situation is extremely frustrating and unfair for both the sellers and the buyers. Not only has the lender caused financial hardship for the sellers who have spent money getting their house ready for the buyers, but they have also caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty for the buyers who have already made investments in the home. It is unacceptable for a lender to falsely approve someone and then backtrack on their decision, causing such significant consequences for all parties involved. This individual should face consequences for their actions and be held accountable for their incompetence.
