The person I spoke to on the telephone was extremely rude

Great service, friendly staff and a great customer experience. I'm really happy with my new wheels, the only thing I would say is that it should have been mentioned about taking the old wheels away when I phoned up to place the order as trying to get 4 old wheels boxed up in a Z4 boot was an impossible challenge but you did a great service by having them delivered back to me being so far away. Other than that I can highly recommend you guys to anyone looking for new alloys fitted!!

Great people to work with, asked them for the exact size i required without using spaces and giving me the correct ET. They have me 8 options and wheels where made to order and where here with tyres within 2 weeks. Will defo be back as im for ever changing. 5 star good quality rims.

Very pleased with service from the guys at Lk performance. Any questions I had were answered quick and wheels were delivered on time. Would definitely use again in the future.

Put and order in for new rims and tyres, over £2k worth so not a small order.
Had to initially chase the order up after a week and the the rims came with the wrong profile size tyres on 35,s and 40’s instead of 40’s and 45’s. Decided to let that go as not a huge difference. Then the TPMS valves were not recognised by the car having provided all the details required for them to be correctly programmed when the tyres were fitted.
Their solution 1) Drive many 100’s of miles to them so they could program them again at my own expense 2) Pay for a tyre shop to rip the brand new tyres of the brand new rims and the tyres off the old rims and have that tyre shop refit my old sensors in my new rims, god knows how much that would have cost me and send them the sensors back for a refund of the £155 I had paid to get them fitted or 3) Get a local tyre shop to sort out the problem and re-program the TPMS sensors correctly.
Obviously I opted for the 3rd option and when the sensors were correctly programmed they worked fine but it still cost me the labour for that.
I sent LK Performance a copy of the invoice I was charged expecting a refund of the amount I had had to pay to get the sensors correctly programmed and but no reply back from them.
This level of poor attention to original order details and then appalling customer support means I cannot recommend this company if you’re thinking of changing your rims.

Brought a set of four alloys from lk performance. These were just what my car needed to enhance its looks. These were delivered in the specified time scale and were undamaged so professionally packaged. I wouod highly recommend.

I bought an alloy and tyre package with free fitting. As soon as I drove in I knew I was in good hands. Super impressive outside and in...well, have something in mind as the selection is massive. They took my keys and I sat down and watched Top Gear in comfort

Staff are friendly and the service was faultless
