I bought a voice credit for calling to…
I bought a voice credit for calling to Colombia, and somehow after a while there is a PIN requirement to get access to that credit and make a phone call. The problem is that llamacolombia do no explain to the costumer how to get the PIN number they're requesting, and not only that, after making you get through creating an account to log in, they do not confirm to you what happened to the money left you have from that voice credit you bought before from llamacolombia. I can't believe this is happening, especially after you know that they use to bring an excellent service to the costumer. I try to contact them and nobody answered me back. This us just not good for a company that used to be really good. Now I don't have my money back, not PIN number, and not a single person or even a robot answering the messages. The choices they give you for their FQAs are everything but not what you need. What a shame to see how a good company can go down the hill like this.

Customer service is available 24/7 and your balance and PIN number are also available to check on your online account. We checked and an agent from customer service sent an email to the email address registered on the account with the details needed to log in to the account and see your PIN number.
