The customer service is the worst I've come across. They spam you constantly to buy add-on that aren't included in the price but doesn't specify before hand making it double the price and don't provide the extras you pay for anyway. And then the customer service team doesn't respond to you at all when you query this. I'd avoid in future and advise everyone else the same.

Hot tub was also dirty and for whatever reason we got shafted and didn't get a screen for the projector like the other two cabins it was displayed onto the wrinkled canvas cover making it borderline unwatchable.

Do not go here! Pictures look good, but are very old. Not maintained and in a poor condition. Owners will not respond to contact request and it’s up for sale!

They will take your money and thats all... staff are shocking and will milk you like a cash cow.

Terrible place. PEOPLE please avoid at all costs. Not advertised as hot tub covered with a tv. Lights on the hot tub don’t work, no lights around the area so sat in the dark. They promise to ring back but just ignore all phone calls. Please do not waste your money and book this scam of a place. They just take your money and don’t give a shit. Awful hosts. STAY AWAY
