Buried wicks in a £35 candle
Ordered a Bath & Body works candle costing £35. When it arrived 2 of the 3 wicks were buried in the wax, meaning that I couldn't light it. Luckily I have a candle warmer and was able to liquefy the wax and remove some to free up the wicks. Not something I should have to do when I have paid £35!! It's a good job I had the warmer, otherwise the candle would have been useless. However, it was well packaged and arrived in good time
