Best deal anywhere! Cheaper for a new one than some secondhand shitters online!

All parts came as per my orders, all genuine VW spares at a good price, just don’t expect them in a hurry as they do take a couple weeks to arrive, but arrive they do! well packaged and intact, Customer services were quick to identify a incorrect part I had ordered and pointed me in the right direction and amended my order. Good experience over all.

Really not worth it to place orders with this place. I placed an order worth almost £300 with very highly inflated delivery charges - £48 although they say on their website maximum for a large package is £25. It took just under a month for my parcel to come. The customer service is awful and there is no communication available through their phone lines or live chat. The only time you may get a reply is from an email. Not only did my parcel come very late but when it arrived, one of the main parts I needed arrived broken as seen in the photos. Price is not much better than main dealer so won’t be ordering from here again.

2 weeks to receive some key fob batteries

Painfully slow delivery. Genuine parts a plus but I've used these before and delivery has been just as disappointing. They give extremely (generous to them, delivery estimates) I've seen they like to bite back to none 5 stars or delivery related posts. However in my experience the times I have use them, I haven't received my delivery within the already massive delivery timeframe. Will probably prevent me from using again, unless absolutely necessary

Great service ordered genuine parts for a Transporter. Value for money if in doubt try LLL first not the VW main dealer you will be surprised.

Great company to shop from, every part I have needed for my Mini is easily found on the online parts diagrams and catalogs.

The illustrated parts lists are very easy to use and help you locate the part that you need.

Part arrived promptly and was exactly as described.

I've used LLL parts twice so far and been pleased on both occasions. The on-line parts catalogue they have is really useful and when querying a part number my question was responded to very quickly. A different part ordered arrived in the time quoted. Prices and delivery charges I think are competitive. Definitely will be using LLL parts again.

Have ordered a few times, the schematics included in some photos are good but it delivery is painfully slow. I’ve had orders that have taken over 3 weeks to reach me in the UK.

Also the search engine isn’t very good, you search anything like Audi 2.0 CNHA Coolant Line and nothing comes up. You have to be lucky with google searches if you don’t know the part number

Parts are always at a competitive price and good communication for delivery times.

As expected and not some Chinese knock off, would have given 5 stars but the shipping from date of order was disappointing.

ive ordered a part on the 24th of march, and i have heard nothing since. I have emailed twice, nothing.

opened a case with paypal to get my money back. seems common for them to do this, no customer concern what so ever.

Given a delivery window of between 26th March to 06th April. Well you've missed the 26th of March by a country mile and it's still not here on the 6th of April.
That's on top of placing my order and paying on the 15th March. How does it take over 3 weeks in the modern world to still not deliver something.

Absolutely no tracking information whatsoever. Don't even know where my goods are.
I bet you think typewriters and fax machines are cutting edge technology.
