Initially good customer service with…

Initially good customer service with knowledge for correct part however once ordered correct part no shipment information provided, was unable to contact via email, phone or online chat services as all contact points where down! Item arrived over a week late by which time i had purchased from another supplier and fitted to vehicle!

Save money with this excellent supplier

I was quoted over £800 by the main dealer to repair my parcel shelf. I ordered the broken part from LLL and it cost me less than £30 including postage. It took me under 3 minutes to fix. Thank you for your speedy delivery and saving me hundreds of pounds

Find that elusive part

This has been the only place from which I have been able to source many of the genuine Mercedes parts needed for the re-fit of my 23 year old Sprinter. An absolute gold mine.

A very bad experience

A very bad experience; I tried to contact the sellers several times to track my package. I filed a claim via PayPal stating that I hadn't received the parcel—doing so the day after the scheduled delivery date—to request that they stop the delivery.
