I needed to replace a broken indicator on the mirror of my BMW. It is good to get the part here with reasonable price and delivery time.

No updates on order , eventually part delivered after waiting for weeks, but part was incorrect, no apology, part returned and refunded , no offer to correct mistake and supply correct part.

I've overhauled a fried SL 7-speed gearbox over the last few weeks. Bought a few £100 parts off these people - Specialist screws, clutch pack springs and seals. They have got me so many parts I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else at reasonable (Mercedes considered) prices. Really happy.

Their delivery could be a teeny bit faster but I appreciate they will be needing to source parts from all over the place.

Customer service wise - One order was missing a tracking number - I emailed and they replied within minutes

Firstly I've bought from lllparts in the past numerous times and have never had a problem.
However this time unfortunately was different. Royal mail delivered my package to the wrong address, the address on the package was correct.
The proof of delivery photo showed a different door and the person stood receiving the package was clearly not me. I was the only person in my house when I got the email saying the package was delivered. It's clear Royal mail have messed up.
Emailed lllparts and after a few back and forth emails with someone called Dominic he basically told me it's my responsibility to either go around and knock on doors to find my own package or to contact my sorting office.
I know for a fact it's the sellers responsibility to make sure the issue is sorted not the buyer. They should have either refunded me or sent out another package and then they make a claim against the courier. They basically told me tough luck, sort it yourself.
Made a PayPal claim and got my money back. Won't use lllparts again. If your package goes missing it seems they don't care and will say it's your responsibility to find it yourself. Always use PayPal, at least you'll have buyer protection if something goes wrong.

I ordered a bolt for a Mini. Buying the part was simple and the website made me confident that I had the correct part. Pricing was fine. Unfortunately, the dispatch and delivery was very slow. It took approximately 10 days from ordering until the part arrived and it was around a week before it was even dispatched. I never expected next day delivery, but this did not nearly meet my expectations.

Found what I needed after a fair Search. Good quality, price fair and timely delivery.

EXCELLENT service

Needed a replacement oil pressure solenoid valve for a 2.0 cr diesel Scirocco. Removing the original was a pain (original valve was seized and broke on removal necessitating the front end to be removed). As a consequence an OEM replacement item was a must. These (LLL) valves were cheaper than some listed on eBay and as I'd used LLL before without any problem it made sense to order from them again. Item arrived today and will be fitted when the sun recedes this evening. Thanks!

2 little rubber grommets. Took quite a while to arrive in a huge box full of bubble wrap. Charged extra for postage to PA29LF just outside Glasgow, not in the Highlands and Islands!
