These parts are GENUINE...they take a little longer than usual to get dispatched and delivered but as long as you don't need it immediately, LLParts are definitely cheaper than the rest...without a doubt.👍Totally recommended...

For the parts I needed, mainly a plethora of genuine VW screws to tidy up my Volkswagen's engine bay, LLL Parts offered very good prices. I was aware that delivery times with LLL Parts are long, as stated on their website, due to most parts being sourced from mainland Europe, but my requirement was not urgent. Final delivery was by Royal Mail Tracked. The items were well packed and exactly matched my order

What a bunch of clowns… ordered a telematic module which the told me they had in stock, two weeks gone by they cancelled the order saying the main dealers didn’t have any stock, yes we know that’s why we approached you because you said you had it “in stock” so basically you charge £150 more than dealer and just order it from them anyway! Steer clear!!

After seeing the prices on ebay I've decided to try searches online where I come across LLL Parts and for a god and realistic price I managed to purchase an original part 😀 a perfect match for my vw touran,(left side passenger AC grille vent)perfect packed and it fitted right spot on,thank tou,I recommend this company and I will tell all my friends and family about it.

Item ordered after reading negative reviews. However, I was in no rush in getting my item, as most of the negative reviews revolved around late delivery.
I ordered Audi A5 2018 Sportback (b9) front left arch stone chip guard and clips. Overall A*, as item fitted perfectly.

Ordered disc back plate/splash guard. Good price . I Accepted the 3-5 day despatch timeframe with Royal Mail 24 hour delivery.
In the end it was 6 working days before despatch 8 actual days after order and delivered 11 days after order .
I contacted LLL 3 times for updates.
Poor customer service .
