They provide fast order shipping, and an easy to navigate website. I had an issue with one of the products I bought, and called customer service to tell them. They agreed that the particular product I ordered sometimes has issues, and sent me some samples of another product to try out. She was a very knowledgeable and pleasant customer service representative.
