I can only encourage everyone to use Lloyd he I a very pleasant and knowledgeable, my heat source pump was installed in 5 days and with the exception of a faulty heat sensor it was a very successful installation

Lloyd kept reviewing the COP remotely and I have a COP of approx 4.9 since installation

Lloyd installed our Vaillant hp and ufh system September last year so we have had a full winter with the system now. Everything is working fine. Would certainly recommend Lloyd, he was really good to deal with always contactable and cares about his installs performance after commissioning. Will be asking Lloyd back for future works.

We live in Greater Manchester and Lloyd successfully installed a 3.5kW Valliant Arotherm plus Heat Pump in our three bedroom detached house (built 1991, 88m2 floor area) without having to upgrade the existing underfloor 15mm pipework and 10mm microbore to the radiators. With an outdoor temperature of 3°C, we are getting a COP of around 4.5 which is excellent. The radiators were sized particularly well using a 45°C design flow temp and Lloyd was able to keep some of the existing towel radiators. We found Lloyd through Heat Geek. His heat loss estimate was more confident than the other estimates we obtained. This allowed for correct sizing of the Heat Pump without uncessary pipework upgrades or resorting to a less efficient 50°C flow temp. The installation looks really smart and professional and it's working as well as I could have hoped for.

Our boiler was an old system boiler with a conventional hot water tank in one of the bathrooms. I approached Lloyd to get a quote for a new system boiler and unvented hot water cylinder. Upon the first visit Lloyd gave me a lot of information about creating an efficient heating system. He said I could achieve good efficiency through a heat pump without much difference in costs compared to a boiler and I would get some or most of the radiators replaced along with that package. I was skeptical at first as expected because there is a bad press about heat pumps not being efficient. He pointed me to the right resources to learn more about weather compensation and heat loss. With all things these days, you have to do your due diligence. There is so much information out there and you have to pick and choose what is right for you. I was under the impression that the more bigger the boiler size the better. But I was wrong and Lloyd helped me to change my mindset about it.

After a week or so, I contacted Lloyd to walk me through the heat pump design process as I was 100% sure that HeatGeek who we signed up with will rectify any efficiency issues as it’s guaranteed.

We used to turn heating on and off in the morning and evening with freezing cold, in between times during winter. After installing the heatpump, it’s a world of difference in how we feel. The temperature is constant and not burning hot, but very comfortable at 21 degrees.

Installation process was very smooth. Took around 5-6 days total and a lot of tea and coffees to fuel the working days ;). Lloyd and his partner Ryan were the best people we worked with recently. I hands down recommend his work and ethics. Attention to detail is spot on as that’s something I am quite particular about. The pipe work design is a work of art.

Lloyd installed our heat pump for us, in association with Heat Geek. He spent a lot of time on our design, and was really thorough working through all the quirks of our house's shape to find an install set up that caused minimal disruption. He was crystal clear about what they'd put right, and what we'd need to get done separately. The install completed on time, and Lloyd was keen throughout to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He's been in touch several times since as it's got colder just to check everything is still ok. I'd happily recommend him to anyone. We're a few months in, and the costs so far show that our heat pump is costing us a lot less than our gas boiler did. We're really happy overall.

Lloyd did an excellent job from start to finish. He designed and installed a heat pump system as retrofit for our 80s house that had an aging gas combi-boiler. We have microbore pipes and could not easily increase the size of lots of radiators. Both of these things mean the job needed thought and a good design. However, unlike most other installers I spoke to, Lloyd took the time and had the expertise to do a design that works really well. He and the other contractors worked diligently to get the job completed within one week. The workmanship is top notch and we have a very efficient system.

Well... heatpump systems... to say I was sceptical would be an understatement. How wrong was I?
This has to be the best investment we have made. With no gas piped to the house we had a choice... pay for gas to be piped then pay for a full central heating system, or future proof the house with a heatpump system.
Lloyd had our backs from the start and all the way through. With excellent knowledge of these systems and showing comparison with more traditional systems, he put my mind at ease.
An excellent service from install through set up and to our first service, very professional, very knowledgeable, very patient (with all my questions) and an all round nice lad.
Cannot recommend him enough. If you're getting a heatpump installed, get Lloyd.
Ps... I'm now using around a third less energy.

The discussion on what boiler was appropriate, how an alteration in its position would avoid internal disruption when putting in modern pipework, and the pricing were all excellent.
As for actual installation, it was achieved without fuss or mess and on time. It is very encouraging that, unlike dealings with any of the large installers, here the man who discusses the installation with you and the man who then comes and does the work is one and the same person.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lloyd to anyone else seeking to replace their boiler.

If you are looking for a boiler set up that will save you money in the longer term Lloyd is your man. He has exceptional knowledge, works to budget and his installation is a work of art, even other boiler engineers have said so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lloyd.

Lloyd installed a full heat pump system at our house. He took care of both the design and the installation from start to finish. He has a deep understanding of heating systems and importantly about ASHP systems. He took us through all the details of the work before hand and kept in touch from start to finish and after.

His work is top quality and he obviously cares about doing a good job. He treated our home with respect and was always professional and friendly throughout.

The system has performed well throughout February keeping us all nice and warm. Lloyd has been available to answer questions whenever we've had them.

Lloyd installed a heatpump heating system for us from scratch. He is knowledgeable of the type of system, it's strenghts and weaknesses and what makes for a succesful install.
Installation was done neatly (tidy pipework) and Lloyd though along with us on tackling the inevitable practical issues around routing the pipework etc.
Service was dependable (showing up when planned) and work was executed in agreed timelines. This is not a given these days, so pleased with the service.
Also responsive on questions to ensure progress.

Lloyd and Kyle came and installed a Mixergy water heater. He came up against an unexpected problem which he solved with no fuss at all. Both the lads were polite, courteous and clean and tidy.
