Product works well
Product works well. We use it for cat movement. Please tell customers to mount two parts so that lever is 100% level. Otherwise the lock pin does not fit into hole. I now have four holes drilled in my door. Tell theem 5mm drill bit needed. This is my second one in house.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK , i returned my item and had to file a case to get a refund , no matter how many texts you send or ????!!!!or capitals used ,,,, a seller should always give a customer a refund , paypal made this seller refund me , so make sure if you buy you use paypal , cause this seller keeps your money and the returned product , and only give a refund when made to , i would not recommend the product or the seller , its expensive , and not worth the cost or the hassle getting a refund
TRUST ME PAYPAL FOUND IN MY FAVOUR AND FORCED THE REFUND , nobody likes bad reviews , but treating any customer like this company did is shocking , any item returned un-used should be refunded, sadly i had to file a case to get my refund or he would have kept my money and my returned item , BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK , dont say you were not warned , not worth the high cost of product anyway DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING

That's completely untrue the refund was done voluntarily yesterday PayPal did not force it. But there's a quote by Mark Twain that's completely apposite about arguing - have a look at Ann's 30 reviews and you'll see what I mean - just click on Ann's name

Customer service was great. We were kept updated. Product good. Only improvement would be to the sticky patches to help get placement right. They were not sticky enough.

Order Locklatch online. Very prompt delivery. Very solid product. Easy to install. Only issues was additional cost arising out of Brexit. We had to pay 23% VAT of €21.53 and a small fee of €4.95 charged by our postal service here in Ireland. But in fairness to locklatch, they advised me before finalising the order that there may be additional charges due to Brexit. It was my decision to proceed. However, I'd be slow to buy anything from UK again.

Perfect solution for a room with a breakfast bar. Still have security but with plenty of fresh air . We can go out and leave the dogs safely there knowing they can’t get out.
