Rics valuation survey
Excellent service received today from LMB Residential. The surveyor Lewis was very friendly throughout and answered all questions I had regarding the process. The survey was sent to me within a couple of hours which was amazing so thankyou for that it is very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company. Thankyou again for an excellent fast service and friendly surveyor

Oversold and useless
Contradictory and pretty much pointless report.
Absolutely nothing of value with this service despite them demanding a more expensive Tier 3 level report for very flimsy reasons.
I had the report reviewed by a Chartered QS and he was appalled by the incompetence within it
I will be registering my complaint to L & C who directed me to you

LMB did an excellent job on our survey. Their service was thorough, professional and efficient from start to finish. The survey report was an excellent tool to discuss items of concern with our vendor which resulted in key issues being resolved prior to completion of the sale. I think they represent excellent value for money too. Would highly recommend.

Great comms, detailed report and thorough analysis of issues relating to our planned purchase. The report covers all aspects to the degree we'd expect and offers advice on further investigation where relevant. All round - a superb service, and one that offered value for money when compared to other survey quotations.
