Stay away, they will take money every month.

They advertise that they respect our wishes and freedoms to opt out anytime but its lies. Once they start charging you or have you account details, they will deduct every month even after you have contacted them and they assure you that no more funds will taken out. Stay away from this.

Absolutely Disgusting Treatment of…

Absolutely Disgusting Treatment of Elderly Customers. LMCT+ Should Be Ashamed

I am beyond furious and completely disgusted with the way LMCT+ has handled my 70-year-old mother’s situation. I’ve just discovered that LMCT+ has been quietly taking $19.99 every month from her account since November 2024. That’s almost $300 gone before we even realised what was happening.

My mother is a 70-year-old pensioner, an ex cancer patient twice over, who has had two transplants, a stroke, and has lost both her parents and her sister in the last five years. She is vulnerable, she is grieving, she is on a tight income, and LMCT+ has absolutely taken advantage of her.

When I called, I left a message and received no immediate response. My mother then got on the phone with one of their staff, who showed zero empathy and bluntly told her that no refunds are possible. No care, no compassion, no accountability. Just scripted lines and an attitude like they couldn’t care less.

To tell a 70-year-old woman on a pension with a long history of medical trauma that she should have been checking “terms and conditions” or “monthly reminders” is a disgrace. She didn’t sign up to donate to LMCT+ for the rest of her life. If I hadn’t checked her account, she would have been charged indefinitely.

LMCT+ should refund every single payment after the first one in November. Taking nearly $300 from a vulnerable elderly woman and refusing to return it is predatory and unethical. For a company that claims to help people, you do the complete opposite.

Your organisation needs to make your sign-up processes safer for the elderly and vulnerable, not exploit them. Right now, LMCT+ comes across as careless, money driven, and completely lacking in basic human decency.

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Shame on you.

Spam and questionable legality

I've never heard of this company and certainly never opted in to text messages from them. Not only is their spam unsolicited, but the unsubscribe doesn't work. Is that even legal?

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. Built on a pyramid scheme where if you try to expose it, so many people who benefit from it will begin discrediting what you say about the company. The owner didnt have money back in 2017, do you really think a subscription membership company will make him a billionaire???

The chance to win is non existent one person wins it out of millions waste of time and money, while they get rich off you're 9$ for a million dollar win which will not happen more likely to get struck by lighting which is super rare then get even a cent from them do not recommend at all. Do not give them you're hard earned money. You will regret it in the end.
