I lost two diamonds from the shoulders…

I lost two diamonds from the shoulders of a ring my husband bought me. I was very upset but LMG communicated clearly with me throughout the process. When I got my ring back it was beautifully repaired. I’m absolutely delighted.

Ring is as good as new

LMG did a fantastic job replacing the pink sapphire in my ring after I lost the original stone. I was worried the new sapphire wouldn't be as nice but I'm really pleased with it. They sent me some samples to choose from & the ring was returned looking as good as it did the day it was purchased.
The repair was through an insurance claim but I will definitely use them again if I need any more repairs.

Amazing team

I had to make a claim through my house insurance for a missing diamond in my ring, I submitted my claim and with-in 2 days I had a call from LMG jewellery to explain the process, a week later I received a message from them to say they received the ring safety and will complete the assessment, after just 13 days, I received a call stating the ring has been repaired and will be sent back to me.
The whole process and team have been so friendly and helpful,
I would defiantly recommend them for any jewellery work.

I was really upset when I lost a…

I was really upset when I lost a diamond from my ring as it was a piece that had been in the family for over 100 years. LMG handled my claim so quickly and processed everything very smoothly. Their communication was first rate and friendly. I love my new diamond and it certainly eased the heartache of losing the original. Thank you so much

I lost my sapphire from the middle of a Victorian ring. The sapphire was surrounded by diamonds and was a family heirloom. The way I had to return the ring to LMG was faultless and they called me to say it had arrived safely. I was sent photos of two different sapphires that I could choose from for the centre of my ring. I chose one and a few weeks later my ring arrived back looking as good as it had done before. I also returned the one year guarantee of workmanship and I would use then again without hesitation.

They take the stress out of the situation

The communication was Great and everything happened as discussed and the timeline was infact far better than estimated. This company was appointed by my Insurers and made the whole process so quick and efficient. I have mentioned them to all my family and colleagues as I was soo impressed. They do all the hard work for you.

We had to use LMG jewellery because my wife lost the pink sapphire from her engagement ring. All the correspondence we had was very clear and easy to follow, we even got several photos of different stones so we could choose the perfect replacement. 10/10 for customer service.

Professional, efficient and friendly service

LMG Jewellery replaced the diamond which had been lost from my engagement ring. They were very professional and friendly and my ring was returned with a beautiful diamond to match the lost one. The ring looks good as new. They also did a new insurance valuation for me. All very efficient.

I am delighted

I am delighted! LMG were tasked by my insurer John Lewis with creating a replacement for a lost heirloom earring. They created a new set of earrings to ensure an exact match and they are stunning. I could not be happier or more grateful. Thank you to the whole team from Johnny who took care of my case, to the highly skilled jewellers who made the new earrings

I lost a diamond in a 5 stone ring…

I lost a diamond in a 5 stone ring which couldn't be replaced to match the other diamonds. Options included a completely new ring, made to the same standard. I've received my new ring today and couldn't be more pleased. The service throughout has been superb.

Ring repair

I lost a stone in my diamond ring in December and this company was the repair company with my insurance company. From first contact to completion I was kept informed of progress and advised of delays due to sourcing a stone because of Christmas period. I received my repaired ring a few days ago and I'm very pleased with the work.

Delays & poor insurance valuations

This company was appointed by my insurer, it has been nearly 3 months since the insured incident, and to say they have taken their time, would be very fitting. I have had to chase on several occasions before getting any response, repeated delays due to them requesting information that has already been provided on multiple occasions. I guess all that would be worth the wait, had they been able to do their job fairly and objectively, now let’s be clear, they are instructed by the insurer, they only have the insurers best interest at heart, they returned with the most appalling and insulting valuations that I still do not understand how they achieved them! A solid gold 18k ring with a weight of nearly 5g valued at £85? In 2026? I honestly don’t know how that value came about. Needless to say, be extremely cautious when dealing with this outfit, they do not have your best interests at heart.

My diamond bracelet

My diamond bracelet broke , I was very happy when I was told i could have a replica made. The updates on the phone were friendly and the timescales were given , great service . Six weeks later I received my new bracelet . I am more than happy with it . I also received a valuation showing the clarity of each diamond . Amazing service thank you
