LoadLog is digital waste tracking software built for permitted waste receiving sites in the UK to comply with DEFRA's DWTS mandate (digital waste tracking). It suits transfer stations, MRFs, skip yards, ATFs and recycling sites, and it's priced and designed for a small operation. The software covers the whole digital waste transfer note process: record each load as it arrives, capture signatures on site, submit the receipt of waste to the digital waste tracking service, and keep a PDF record for your files. Every submission is logged with its status. This matters because the Environment Act 2021 requires every permitted waste receiving site in England and Wales to record incoming loads digitally from October 2026, and there is no manual entry portal to fall back on. LoadLog is listed on GOV.UK as a compatible software provider for the report receipt of waste service and has passed the production approval tests, so submissions go straight to the service. The software is built and supported by RDC IT Solutions Ltd, a UK company registered in 2005. The team's background is in payments and financial systems, where getting data correct and on time is the whole job. All data is hosted in the UK and encrypted in transit and at rest. LoadLog runs in the browser on whatever device you already have, with no app to install and no training course to sit through.
