Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
The company (loadmate.co.uk) advertised next day delivery, but my order did not arrive until 5 days later. During that time, I had to make around 10 phone calls to DX Delivery just to find out where my order was and arrange delivery.
Customer service was very poor. Emails were not answered promptly, and there is no customer service telephone number available, making it extremely difficult to get help.
The quality of the wheelbarrows was also not as good as expected. In addition, one of the wheelbarrows arrived with a missing rubber handle, which suggests poor quality control before dispatch.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
