We visited the Loaf store in Guildford
We visited the Loaf store in Guildford, and were made very welcome. We took our dog along, and he was also spoilt by the sales staff - which is a nice change!
Irene was extremely helpful, she spent time with us explaining the different products, and even took some cloth samples outside for a 'true light' colour match.
There was in fact no hard sell, Irene printed out our options, and took details, and we actually bought the new sofas when we got home later that evening.
Overall - very impressed with the experience.

Can only review the ordering service at this point as am awaiting delivery of the sofa in early June. The Guildford in-store team were delightful - was made to feel very welcome and all the little extra 'treats' much appreciated! Will review the squishblocks modular corner sofa once it arrives...

Incredible customer service and quality of products!
The team (namely the manager Joe in the Guildford) could not have been more helpful. I think I went into loaf about 5 times before choosing my sofa and other bits, and Joe was so patient and helpful. I bought the cuddlemuffin and it is truly the greatest sofa ever!

I went in to decide between three sofas. Penny found me and was so helpful. She was knowledgeable and generous with her time to help me decide. Visited your Guildford store yesterday. As with Stephanie's review earlier we found Chloe and Joe both very helpful in sorting out the style, fabric type and colour of our sofa whilst allowing us to make our choice at our own pace and without any pressure.

We visited your Guildford store & loved how everything was layed out. The staff were all fantastic & felt welcome to browse without any pressure.
The first time sitting on a Loaf Sofa we were sold!
The hardest part was picking out of the fantastic rage of colours & materials. This was made easier by the swatches & seeing most of the different coloured materials on sofas in store.
