THE SHOES ARE TOO BIG I REORDERED AND THE SECONG PAIR ARE ALSO TO BIG. I AM SIZE 11 AND I THINK I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER SIZE 9 TO GET THEM TO FIT. I WONT BOTHE'R WITH THIS PRODUCT ANYMOOR.

After a short stay in Oxford, I visited the Loakes store, the shop assistant Mark was fantastic and kindly measured my feet for the correct size. I went away feeling assured to make a online purchase. I ordered the Fearnley in Burgundy, they fit perfectly and look exceptional, very classy and beautifully made. I will be back for more shoes in the future, thank you to Mark & team Loake.

I ordered a pair of shoes from your website.
On the shoe page, a 46 was classed as an UK 11, when they arrive, they were too big. You website size guide states a EU 45 is a UK 11. Brilliant quality though.
I then ordered a second pair at size 45, the shoe was so different than the first pair, different upper, different sole, different laces, different fit, they were nowhere the same level of quality. Someone at Loake has chosen the wrong supplier. Customer services are brilliant, but I imagine Clair and her team will be busier unless you revert back to a higher quality supplier.

I have purchased several items of Loake footwear over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

I have three pairs of Loake shoes. All of which were a gift from my parents. My dad wore Loake and did for a very long time, his shoes are still in great condition after many years. The memory that sticks with me the most is when I emailed customer service about some Loake Buckingham brogues I wanted to buy to wear at my father’s funeral. They were delivered within 24 hr of the order being placed, with additional insoles in case they were too big for me on the day. The customer services team even said that if they were too small, I could still wear them for the day and return them worn. They fit perfectly, and with polishing and shoe trees, they look brand new to this day. This is absolutely above and beyond, and it was whole heartedly appreciated.

I haven't got a clue what's going on withy return. I want to submit another but I'm reluctant.

I had an email about the return and I thought it was confirming receipt but on looking at it again it doesn't appear to the case and I have no refund
