Outstanding company

I’ve just received my new shoes (Mayfair trainers) and to say I’m happy with them is an understatement they are a class above all others a perfect fit and top class leather ,My whole experience with Loake shoemakers was a great one ,delivery was very fast and I’ll be returning for a pair of dress shoes 👞, thank you Loakes for your quality shoes and great service

Top notch work

Easy to book the repair and arrange for the shoes to be sent, which is included in the price. Received updates when the shoes were received by Loake and when they were due to be shipped out again.

Shoes look lovely, scuffs on the toe have been sorted and you’d never know they were there at all. The soles and heels look like new - as they should- and, again, you’d never know they’d been repaired.

This is not a cheap service but you get what you pay for.

Superbly Professional Company

I purchased some monk strap shoes (2 sizes), which came the next day. They didn't suit me so I returned them and ordered a different style (2 sizes) the same day. Again, these were delivered the next day. I kept 1 of the pairs and returned the other. Less than a week from first order and I have been refunded for all returns. In short, next day delivery, super easy returns and quick refund. The shoes were Atherton in black and are superb. Comfortable, sleek, classic. Great service, great products. What’s not to like! Thank you Loake
