Excellent service, phone cover was just what my husband wanted the item arrived very quickly, so pleased with everything.

The phone case is beautiful and durable (and so was the packaging!). And most importantly, all of the above is eco-friendly.

The phone case feels good quality. Communication was really good and the delivery was quick.

Lovely phone case. Feels solid and well made but soft enough in my hand. The texture means it doesn’t slip out of my hand as easily as other similar phone cases have and of course it’s brilliant that it’s completely biodegradable.

Have had a biodegrable case for 30 months. It definitely protects against drops, scratches, bumps, etc. It also has a nice texture to it, making it less slippery in your hand.
However, after 18 months, the sides started to break off, so now the sides of my phone are left open to damage. I try to keep damage to the case minimal, but the broken edges catch on my clothes when I pull it out of my pocket, so it's slowly breaking away no matter what I do.
A good phone case, but it's certainly not long-term. If you're a person who gets phones every two years, this will be fine for you no doubt.

Faster delivery than expected considering they are printing on demand (which is a great idea to reduce waste). They managed to get it dispatched ahead of the post strikes. Case (sunrise design) is even prettier than the photos. The colours are a lot lighter and brighter. Feels nice in the hand, quite grippy. Nice snap fit around the phone. Time will tell re drop protection etc

Great product! Love the wood effect- fits my IPhone SE perfectly and feels good quality. Delivery on time and price was very good considering the sustainable nature of the product. Also bonus having biodegradable packaging. Very happy with my experience with loam and lore- thank you!!

Arrived exactly how it should. Fits the phone perfectly. Only tiny feedback is that there is a L&L label printed on the back which slightly detracts from the pattern.

Arrived earlier than expected

Just got the product in the mail. It was a pleasant surprise to get it so quickly, and frankly to get it at all. I hadn't received any confirmation email about my order, so I wasn't sure I would be receiving anything. But glad to receive it and happy with the product so far!

I bought a green iPhone case 4 years ago. Wanted to come back and write a review as that case is still going strong, and has protected my phone from catastrophe many times! Colour is very slightly faded around the corners, but otherwise still in great condition. Great product.

No replies to emails! Shop autofilled my old address, I realised this the second I clicked purchase, so emailed immediately to ask if the purchase could be cancelled or the delivery address changed. Never got a reply. So the case was just delivered to the old address. Eventually I managed to get it, it's a good case (better than Pela, in my opinion, much smoother), but was a massive hassle that could have been avoided if they read their emails. There is no other way to contact them.
