As a first-time homebuyer using a VA loan, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bryan Peck worked hard to secure the best rate possible and guided me through every step of the process with patience and expertise, he also gave me two options for the interest rate that will help me in a long run. He was always available—even after hours—to answer questions and make sure I felt confident throughout.
Deborah Lloyd-Miron was equally amazing, keeping me informed and promptly updating me whenever additional documents were needed. Their communication, dedication, and professionalism truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Lack of communication from the loan officer and lack of loan officer uploading and turning in documentation in a timely manner lack of transparency and pushy sales tactics above doing the right thing for customer service. Not listening to customers about situation and leading them to believe they would close your loan. I would not recommend them at all and be aware of up front fees that you don’t get back if your loan doesn’t close steer clear of this company at all costs!!

loanDepot will be my only refi Company for my home. In 2024 I started reorganizing of finances after several needed home improvements.
Then I needed to complete new roof replacement for 20 year roof...so in 2026 once again loandepot came through. Mr. Diego 2024 & Mr. Morgenstein & Ms. Sally Costa are forever endeared in my life...since I am over 70 years they were very instructive to help navigate technology and other stressful areas. They made this process easier plus I learned something. Thank you so very much loanDepot for such a great professional team. Plus payment process set up is so easy with automatic payment. Sorry, but this went horribly awry. They really led me astray and did hard credit pulls well before they should have. They could have asked two basic questions and then could have stopped my application but they're so fixated on the sale, they mislead you. I wish FTC of some administration in the future would go after these guys. Horrible experience. Beware!

Carolyn Bennet and her team made the impossible happen. We closed on the date we first selected, during a less than 4-week period AND during the Christmas holidays. Amazing team.

Professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful no matter what I needed questions I had they were answered efficiently. Everything goes smoothly. This is the second time I've gotten an equity loan through your company and Darvell Meyers is the bomb he goes above and beyond make sure I know what's going on explains to me things I don't understand. Make sure that I do understand them great company. Great employees would definitely refer anybody to y'all.

We had a horrible experience from beginning to end. I originally reached out because my father had a seamless experience and couldn't say enough positive things. He wrapped up the entire situation in less than 4 weeks. It took us about 3.5 months. I would never recommend loan depot to family or friend.

Got more cash back than other Loaners, but the checks and closing were late and not marked to go to which payee to pay off which lenders credit card bill.

Mr. Freeman and Ms. Morgan were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable when helping me with my loan. I give them a 10 and will refer them to my family and friends wishing to apply for a loan.
