Wow, I have refinanced or taken out a new home loan over half a dozen times and this is by far the easiest one yet! David was so helpful and on top of things in order to get my rate locked in and the lowest rate, I have seen anywhere. Truly blown away! Thank you

VERY STREAMLINED PROCESS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE .I have used LoanFlight Lending now for 2 home transactions. All have closed in less than 25 days from initial inquiry to closing. I have worked with Loan Officer Allen and Jeffrey John and his knowledge and customer service is second to none. In each case I got better than competitive interest rates with no lender fees and fantastic service. The online portal and ease of document management is another great LoanFlight feature which made the process seamless from getting my initial rate locked to making sure all of the details were finalized without any snags. I have recommended LoanFlight Lending of numerous friends and family members and will be using them for any future mortgage needs. Must Recommended!

My appraiser person never called me back after about 5 different tries. Once I cancelled and complained — I finally got a call back. Too late.

It was a very smooth and good experience with Loanflight to refinance my home. Promptness from the staff at every level was great. Only reason I am giving 4 start is due to end of the process. The closing team didn't want to share the final disclosure unless you have booked the notary meeting time. Only way to get your final disclosure was to have it in your hand on the day of signing, no other way allowed. I feel system should be to facilitate customer and not the team itself.

I refinanced my house through loan flight a month ago, i would say they did the fantastic job from the. moment i filled out the application till closing date, transaction was smooth, efficient and quick, they offered me great rate with lowest closing cost compared with my last lender (loan depot) they deserve 5 star.

The online process and steps make it simple to follow and complete.

Good online service, good price. Complaints are it took too long so it was a rush at the end to stay within the rate lock date. Also did not like having to raise my homeowners insurance to a value over what my house is worth to cover the whole loan (as even noted by my insurance company who did not want me to raise it that high).

Responsive at the beginning but that dropped off once it was clear I have multiple sources of income. LoanFlight should be upfront that they only want to do loans with people that have straightforward single w2 income. I get it, they make money on time-efficiency and volume but use that as an early validation.

The communication with the loan advisor David Nicholas II was very unpleasant...He finally acknowledged that I was right in my application...The previous LE was good and I could have refinanced with you, but because of the treatment I received I decided not to continue.

So glad they called me again about a month after an initial contact during which their rate wasn't significantly better than what I already had. This time, the offer made it worth going through the process and absorbing the reasonable closing costs. I was getting a bit nervous about getting the loan closed within the 30-day rate lock period -- thank goodness I had my paperwork in order (insurance statements, proofs of income sources, tax returns, family trust documents, etc.) and we did close a few days short of the deadline.
Very responsive people all the way from the initial sales call through the loan officer and finally the closing coordinator

Great service, very comparative rates/terms and they move at lightning speed which is why they got our business.

I am an excellent credit, long term employment, and excellent income client. I have responded immediately to any request for information and or documentation from Loan flight when this started nearly 2 months ago.

My experience was less than desirable due to email with a question being ignored, not days but weeks of zero movement on the loan, and multiple mistakes being made with documentation in trying to close the loan.

The people I worked with seemed knowledgeable and were polite. I'm thinking due to amount of volume of business Loan flight has at the moment items are getting left on floor causing multiple problems.
One more thing... it doesn't appear that the assembly line approach is effective.

LoanFlight did an excellent job moving through the process quickly. Closing was fast and easy, and signing able to be done at home.

Two drivers behind not giving 5 stars:
One missing document from the closing package required it be sent to me for printing and inclusion - recommend having a printer on hand for these types of issues.

There was one fee that from what I understand has a zero tolerance and cannot change from the Loan Estimate to the closing disclosure. When we asked about it, LoanFlight staff would not provide any valid justification or point to governing regulations suggesting the fee could change. LoanFlight did suggest an alternate solution to change another fee to ensure they would still get paid for their issue, which I found to be unacceptable at best.

Other than this, very happy with the rest of the process overall.
