I have received a very professional service from Sarah Cerci. Her understanding of our complex financial situation was quick and she was able to get the answers that we needed. She kept us upto date with progress and all interaction was done in perfect English which was most helpful for us as German is not our mother tongue.

We appointed a call with Dennis Flemer to understand how we can make the load to buy a property in Germany. He is quite professional and gives us a very solid evaluation and nice advice. He answered all the questions in a very professional way. Very nice experience with Germany again.

Outstanding! Very proactive, digital, English speaking, explaining all specifics (as we are not Germans), sitting in the middle between us and the bank, taking care of all details, proposing personalised alternatives, digital (yes, I am repeating myself but that's still a differentiating feature in 2021, in Germany), transparent, supportive. Would recommend them to my closest friends/relatives.

It's the first time we purchased a new property. We had almost no idea about financing for a property. Thanks for the great help from Dennis and Shayne, especially Dennis. I never thought I'd write a title like that for a review. I'm not great with things like mortgages (even though I have two of them). Even though I have a competent level of German, trying to navigate through worlds like law and finance, even in my native English, makes my head spin.

One video meeting a couple emails with Christoph, all in English, and I now feel like there was never anything to worry about. I understand my options, the process and how much it costs. I also like that with my new mortgage I can change my monthly repayment amounts AND make annual overpayments, which is exactly what I wanted.

Erika and I want to take a moment to thank Sarah Cerci, our mortgage advisor for LoanLink24, for her hard work in making our dream of purchasing a beautiful home in Otterberg come true. Sarah was an amazing help to me in navigating the complexities of trying to buy a property in Germany in advance of my work relocation to Hamburg from the UK. In the end it turned out to be impossible to obtain a decent loan to equity mortgage from the German banks without first having 3 months pay in Germany, a blue card, and a German bank account. However, Sarah went above and beyond to help me and it was really appreciated. I highly recommend this company and trust their recommendations and advice.

After working for a few months with other similar tools like Hypofriend, I decided to shop around a bit as the other agents appeared to stall and get cold feet at a critical stage.

Technically and visually, Loanlink and Hypofriend are nearly the same - both actually stellar from UX and information point of view.

But working with Jan from Loan Link was a nice breath of fresh air in the process and really motivated me to complete the process, even though my situation was not standard as an expat and with a recent new job.

Jan was always there for me from the start. Even with all the annoying questions from me, he continually went above and beyond regarding translations and reassurances on at every step of the way. Jan also was able to push through with the bank who was dragging their feet as well.

Now I can look back and write this positive review for Loanlink and especially Jan. I was able to sign with a Notar in English (Jan's recommended Notar), get finanzing and now am preparing for the key exchange.

It feels good to think that the painful process of finanzing is all over with now, and I can get on to more painful processes like managing renovations and dealing with neighbours!
