I had amazing support from Mr. Marcel Graus for all the questions. I appreciate the time, patience that goes into answering all the questions. Thank you for being there for all the steps.

After getting permanent job in Germany, it is now my wish to buy my own Appartment which is also not possible without Loan. So I checked this on Loanlink24 if I am applicable for Loan or not. The websitre is in English and is very useful where you can play with different options to find best possible solution for you. Moreover there was also possibility of having consultation from Experts. So I contacted Mr. Dennis Flemer, who then explained me each process in a very professional and friendly way.

Another aspect that appealed to me is the openness and transparency of the recommendation (based on the criteria, the customer is able to see the ranking of the available financing). Last but not least comes the attention to detail and the industry insight that are shared with the customer during the conversation. Overall the experience exceeded my expectation and can recommend. One potential point for improvement is the incorporation of basic financial theory into the final recommendation (with a disclosure of the respective assumptions).

We contacted Loan Link with a request for a mortgage quotation, not sure how much we could get (and even if we could get a mortgage!) due to our job situation. We just moved to Germany with my husband and looking for apartment in Berlin.
